Super Hotel O METRO INN

Wrost hotel located near secunderabad metro station. Staffs are very rude . I booked for 2 days. There is no water bottle no soap & towels. Price is very high which is not acceptable. And the linen was not changed since 1 week . And I asked for a bedsheet but the reception guy asking my name. They not even know who is staying in the room . Very disappointed ☹️

VERY BAD STAFF AT RECEPTION Worst hotel to stay, staff are very rude and not cooperative at all. Mattress were not clean and again specifying the point about staff at reception, that they are very very rude, I almost caught in fight with them for their mis behaviour my family and guests. I will not suggest to stay here.

Booked a room through Make my Trip and got very good discount, but during the check in time at the reception, I was told that you paid very less and gave me a very small room with a very tiny bathroom instead of the room which I booked. This is very unacceptable, I traveled so far just to get this?

The rooms are clean, comfortable & the location is perfect. The staff particularly was incredibly hospitable. No complaints.

When we booked the room, they mentioned early check will be available. Check-in time they gave as 7.30am I reached at 8.40am I waited for 2 housrs. The they says we don't have rooms and we don't give you rooms. Worst service and worst customer support

Every time we need to buy water bottles there is no water available for refilling for longer stays There is no soap, shampoos and towels Price also higher

Everything was of top standard, the decor throught was lovely , clean and Well maintained rooms, lovely location, Eminites was good ,over all nice , remarkable memories
