Rooms okay and there are cockroaches to give you company as well. The staff are polite but the system they use is outdated. The room keys expire everyday and you will need to come down to request them to renew. The restaurant does not have the information if complimentary breakfast is booked with your room or not. So you will need to go back to the reception and get the coupon for breakfast and submit it at the restaurant. The stay was pretty happening with all the running around and gets super exciting when the first thing you see in the morning is a cockroach next to your toothbrush!!

Just checked out of Hotel Saptagiri, after a 3 night stay. Don't want to go into details but, in spite of the property being beautiful. It severely lacks maintenance. The staff is inefficient, right from Reception to , Housekeeping. Badly maintained rooms. Electric kettle, AC , not functioning. I wasn't allowed to speak to the Manager. Apparently, he wasn't available on both occasions that I wanted to meet with him . Putting this review across but I don't think it will make any difference. Extremely extremely disappointing experience.

1. We came hotel at 12:30pm where checkin time was 12:00pm but we were not given room immediately, they made us wait for 20-30mins 2. Each and every staff of the hotel has rude behaviour 3. No hot water available in all taps only Luke warm water was coming 4. WiFi was not working 5. They have written breakfast starts at 7:30am but no one was there at 7:30am and all lights were off. They started breakfast at 7:45am due to which we missed our bus for Ramoji Film City.

Banquet hall is nice and spacious, delicious food and good service. Mr. Sai Praveen made sure all the arrangements are in place. Reducing one star due to the staff behavior. Please either pay your staff well or ask them not to persuade all the hosts for tips.

The hotel staff is very unfriendly and rude. I arrived to check in early around 9am when they just asked me wait for a few minutes. After about 30 mins i went back to the desk and they said Sir you have booked through Makemytrip and we cannot provide early check-in for online booking. I was very displeased with this reply. The tone of the reply was rude and unapologetic. Also if the property is so against online bookings why do they list their properties on these platforms. This kind of behaviour from the reception staff wasn't expected and hope to see some action from the hotel management. The staff was improperly dressed especially the one handling the reception.

We had organised a party for 20-30 people. The area allocated for us to conduct games for the party was spacious enough for us to have a good time. Quality of food is good and the price is also decent. Not too pricey. The management should take better care of washrooms.

Very luxurious rooms and prefect location nice staff service better than hotel bassera just 350 m away from the saptagiri rooms are like heaven 👌 👌👌👌👌👌👌amazing
