HOTEL CITY ROYAL EXTENSION

Visited Hyderabad for work with a colleague and booked a room here. While the room was clean and the toilet was well-maintained, the space felt too congested. For the price charged, we expected a more comfortable and spacious stay. Overall, decent but overpriced for what it offers.

Rooms are decent for the price. Working lift and uninterrupted electricity. Near railway station. •• Didn't allow early check-in because I booked the room online and asked for Rs 300 (for 2 hours early check-in at 10 AM) •• Staff asked for extra money during check-out even though no one carried my luggage to my room while checking -in. And no additional services were provided. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL •• Water in not provided and packaged water is also not available at the property so get ample water from outside.

This is the 3rd time I am staying in this hotel whenever I come to Hyderabad for a business trip. Pocket friendly rooms with good room service. All room services are available. Daily room cleaning. I stay here for weeks. Very safe environment and very cooperative staffs. Walkable distance from secunderabad railway station.

I am staying at this hotel since 2020. I reached at this hotel even post COVID-19 to rejoin the new job in June 2020. This hotel will provide you good service. Free RO water, Wi-Fi service is available. All service boys are maintained properly & behaving friendly manner. Clean & green environment. The most important for frequent traveller's are STRATEGICIALLY LOCATED, just walkable distance from Secundrabad Jn.

My experience at this hotel was kinda okay for my budget. But there are few things I particularly want to mention. It is not very hygienic. The shower wasn't working. The drinking water isnt clean either. You might find cockroaches strolling around, lucky for me I am not scared of cockroaches but that doesn't mean I like having them share my bed or my space. That's definitely not hygienic. The sheets were not clean as well. I asked for warm drinking water, one of the staffs told me he would send up my room, but I never got it. There were mosquitoes in my room, I told my problem to one of the room boy, he just dismissed me saying they don't have goodnight. However the owner was polite and professional. That is my only reason for a 4 star.

Compared to the amount we are paying the rooms are good. They are also providing an option to call them and ask for the rate details, see the room and book it when you are satisfied with the room. If you are booking the room offline, you can also see the room before booking it. Also 24 hours check in is available when you are booking offline. Call them and confirm all the above mentioned details before booking online. Select this hotel if you don't want to spend that much money on rooms. The behaviour of the staff was very nice and friendly. Both AC and non AC rooms are available. It's only waylkable distance from Secandrabad railway station.

Very worst service and rooms. Especially room owner is very arrogant and he even don't know how to behave... No genuinity and he doesn't feel respect with others... Those who want to stay my sincere request is go for other 300plus and have a good room.. No drinking water available no restaurant and also for very small rooms with no hygienic... Worst experience with the stay.

The wifi is not working in some rooms. When we changed to the room one with wifi, the A.C is not working. To give a complaint there are no staff outside. And the waiters are very rude. If possible avoid this hotel. Very bad attitude overall.
