don't book this hotel, they are demanding extra money. we booked this hotel for 900 and used oyo coupon to get 300₹ discount and paid 600 using paytm/upi. when we went on to check in they denied the access. literally, we with newly born baby & 3years kid had to wait out side on road for nearly 1hour.. we complained the same to oyo care and they had phone call with property manager and after adding the extra complimentary funds to property manager they finally allowed us to check in.. coming to room it's just a slum kind of room, lot of mosquitos and bad room with worst ventilation. im not gonna book Oyo again, this is my last. i know my english is not good and im very lazy to write reviews. but, this review will definitely help someone who is gonna face same like difficulties like us in oyo's. main thing: they even don't have a power backup. had 2power cuts (30mins & ,40mins) during midnight.

Don't go for this Hotel at all..Only location of the Hotel.Unnecessary Extra charge by Hotel. 3400 cost but charged 3800. nnot verified by Oyo properly.nDoors of room are very poor, no tower bolt, no glasses for windows, no glass for main door. We covered with our clothes for those window and doors.

Actually I booked this room for 416 excluding offer code but hotel management made nuisance at the time of check in. They demanded extra money if not give please canceled your booking and stay back. How rude behavior they showed infront of us. This is ridiculous situation with me. Finally I paid extra 200 rupees and stayed there. This is very illegal. Please take action against them as soon as possible.

Waste lodge ever seen. They asked us extra when vacating the room. They even cleaned the room we stayed there for three days. Worst lodge ever seen. Never before ever after. I suggest not to join this lodge prefer better one the room is also small. Bathroom is too dirty.

Onsite manager is on alcohol at the time of checking in, he's is in a situation that he cannot find address on my proof. He charged me 400 extra even though I reserved (through Oyo) for couple of persons. *They said hot water facility from 7.00AM but it didn't worked. *The hotel itself is difficult to find. *No parking area.

Waste of money,, In the first call I asked if the room is available. He replied that yes, the room is available. Then I booked the room through Oyo. At check in time, it says that the room is available but the fan is not working. How will we feel in that situation, the owner himself? And tell those who have 2 children of odisha to learn how to behave to the customer

top class unhygenic hotel. room was not maintained well, bad odour coming from bed, badsheet and blanket are poor maintained. totally a bad experience from oyo. they didn't proveided any breakfast which is included in the booking.

None of the staff are co operative and they dint care for rhe guests, there was no light at washroom, mosquitoes all around and I had been given room without ac as I have booked the ac room .
