Disappointed Visit to Hotel Ratna I recently revisited Hotel Ratna after a few months, hoping to relive the good old experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The ambiance, which was once pleasant and well-maintained, now feels neglected. The staff seemed disorganized and took a long time to take and serve the order. I ordered the veg meals, which turned out to be one of the worst I’ve had in recent times. The curries lacked flavor and quality, and to my surprise, the curd seemed expired. Overall, it was a letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience. 0 RATING

This hotel was an utter disappointment from the moment we stepped in. The room was incredibly dirty, with stained sheets, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns about the condition of the room.
