Hotel Taj Heritage

Had such a wonderful experience on Taj Heritage. Their service is just amazing. Rooms are also neat and tidy. Would rate them 5 out of 5. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay with your family with a good cafe that serves delicious foods.

The staff is really unfriendly ! The want to have more information. They obviously didn’t get it right with the passport, but he was so rude, I’m sorry but all that is really not how a guest should be treated. And I think it’s because I’m no Indian and a woman, but still in the hotel area they should be nice. Even after booking the room from my travel agency, Zaara Travels they took an extra of Rs 1000 , just to change the room. So many chitfund hotels

Everything here is good and yesss music hall and food is good for health and everything here is in good manner ❤️ I like it must visit this place if uh ever come here ✨

Washroom were not clean and room window were crack. Food service was very delayed. Even Tea took 45 minute due to which cancel breakfast as well

Rooms were dirty, not at all like shown in photo. Does not even deserve one star. Example no gyser, bathrooms taps were dripping. No windows

Centrally located. Good hotel. Neat and clean. Rooms are good spacious. Hotel is safe. Staffs are cooperative wellbehaved. Problem is shortage of staffs. So service is slow. Though one can have ample opportunities to eat outside. It's a good family hotel for stay.
