Worst experience. Location is such that you will keep looking for the hotel. Dirty rooms. Hotel owner told us to cancel the booking from Oyo app. Book directly. We made a mistake here. No hearing. No protection.

Worst Stay Ever! (-5 Stars) I had the most horrible experience at this hotel. First of all, the location is extremely far and in a completely deserted area, making it inconvenient and unsafe, especially at night. The room was a nightmare—completely infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the mattresses were of terrible quality, and since it was a double bed with two separate mattresses, they kept sliding apart, making it uncomfortable. If that wasn’t bad enough, there was no water in the taps! How does a hotel even function without a basic water supply? It was beyond frustrating. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it at all costs!

Hotel is nice with good features, like underground drainage and warm water, but the location it too far from the main purpose of the tourist ( Taj Mahal ). But along with time it will be not that far. The price was good according to the facility.

Worst experience. It was like a nightmare to find that the hotel was not even in ready condition. I had an advanced booking from Agoda and hotel reception staff had no knowledge about it. Carpenter and electricians were working inside the rooms. There was no proper parking space and I was asked to park in the adjoining open plot. I didn't feel safe staying here and decided to cancel my booking and moved to another hotel. Beware of online booking websites. I was shown this hotel as a last minute promotion and big discount offer. Turned out to be a very bad experience for me and my family.

I booked hotel Hotel Swiss grand when I reached hotel all rooms are full. After that I tryed your customer care .another useless information. Then I take your Area manager he shifted me to another hotel no facility even after paying for breakfast they are unable to provide breakfast I paid extra for my breakfast. Even getting hot water another issue. This my first and last booking for fab hotels. All day traveling and meeting customer we are looking for relaxation. But in the night going like 3rd class hotels and worst location and getting transportation. Big issue. Please don't call any useless customer care executive on my phone and no more mail for this . Thank you.

It was good not great. We did not have breakfast here, so no comments on it. But we had ordered dinner and it was good. Even the service was good for us, whatever we asked for was given quick. Parking space is outside open space beside the hotel. Washroom was not clean.

Worst experience. This hotel is under construction no one is there for response. We booked that hotel online they took advance payment for the booking . But when we reached to that location we saw the gate is locked after that we try to connnect with receptionists they were not recieved our cal and even customer care also not helped . It’s personal advice for all of you don’t book this hotel even don’t book any hotel with the name of fabbhotel they are fraud.

New property but water was not clean. Probably they had washed the tank but it was very inconvenient. Otherwise served the purpose of just overnight stay before going to Taj Mahal.
