We had a lovely two-day stay at Hotel Raj Vilas in Agra and it was a truly wonderful experience, the hotel was very clean and well maintained and the service was exceptional. Everyone from the staff to the owner and the manager were extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay they really looked after us with great care the room was spacious and well kept and the pool area was very clean and peaceful it was a perfect getaway for me and my wife and we really appreciated the hospitality would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Agra. In short, the entire experience was fabulous. Special callout to the owner Mr Raj Arora whose attitude makes all the difference.

Be aware that the photos that this hotel is posting about their site is almost non-existent. We stayed here for 1 night in March 2025 and this was booked by the tour company. The room we have barely had basic amenities; there was also a bug on the bed (!) . The towels are hard and dingy. The hallways have some bare mattresses stack up on the sides; the rooftop has nothing but a disarray of tables and chairs, and no pleasing view to look at—-if anything else it just showed that the area around the hotel looks like a slum with visible pile of garbage on one side. We decided to skip dinner, and breakfast feeling discouraged by the unpleasantness of our surroundings. We communicated this to our tour agent, hoping they can look for better accommodations for future guests.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel near the Taj Mahal. The location is very convenient - very close to the monument. Mr. Raj Arora, the owner, ensured that our stay was comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always available when needed. Would recommend for anyone visiting Agra!

Worst ever stay in any hotel in 70 yrs. Hotel is pathetic. Stayed 1 night on 17th Nov. Room was like a box, only door, No windows ventilation abd smelly. Promise was for double bed, provided 2 single bed joined with gap in-between. Bathroom towel was like cleaned seeing cloths. Free breakfast was unpalatable. No slice of bread was without large holes.. Advice, avoid stayor peril at your cost
