NillThere are many things: 1) We booked the hotel on booking with no prepayment option. I sent a massage with the hotel that I will arrive at 10pm. At 7pm (when I was already in the train from Waranasi to Agra with limited access) I got an email from the hotel that they cancelled my booking (they did it in their system, not on booking itself). I spent many hours in stress and worry trying to solve it. Only after intervention with Global Treebo Group via messenger they found a room for us… really bad experience. I didn’t even hear sorry when I arrived to the hotel. 2) hotel did not accept credit cards even though they should have - and I understand sometimes something breaks but then you should at least have change or understanding that we might not be able to pay right away. First of all they were really pushy with payment when we arrived after 10pm - we arrived stressed, worried, tired and they tell us we have to pay with cash right now because their card payment is not working. I convinced them that we will pay tomorrow. During check out they did not have any change so we had to leave them more than 70 inr extra because they could not give us change back… 3) google maps is pointing to the wrong location 4) staff did not speak English - it was really difficult annoying and confusing at many moments 5) check in experience was really bad. Our room got just cleaned with some smelly things. We did not get: shower gel, towels, kettle, remote to tv and our phone to the reception was without battery… 6) elevator - omg - they have really (REALLY) loud music in it that is so annoying during night! we thought it was an alarm of someone, but no, it was their elevator… 7) breakfast was quite poor - no information about what is there, staff did not speak in English (they did not even understand question about availability of coffee) 8) Noise, loudness - this is also something supper annoying. We were able to hear everything from other rooms. And as we could not call reception I had to sleep with my earplugs. The only place in whole India (and we slept in many places) I know it might sound like I am negative person but this is my only negative review in India. I honestly do not recommend this place to anyone.

They also brought two towels at night, but they seemed to have been used earlier. Additionally, the staff members explicitly refer to "Vijandar" or "Virander" as repulsive individuals who always seek for money and say, "Please sir, something for staff." They will undoubtedly receive tips, but they should always enquire as to the nature of the behaviour. About their canteen food: a 4 out of 10. We placed two orders, the second time at night, and received the same old rice that had only been slightly reheated. ★Very bad hotel to stay in. Rooms are very small. No cleanliness in rooms and toilets. TVs are not in working condition. Electrical sockets are so bad that not a single phone you can charge in it.||Service is worse. Just to get 2 egg preparations and a sandwich they spent more than 1 hour. And at last, I received the wrong order. If you need tea at 7.00 AM you will need to wait for more than one and half hours.||No one receives your call in room service. So lastly we had to call reception to place order for room service.||I remember not to stay in this hotel.

NillHotel service was very bad. The reception staff was not responsive at all. Total staff behavior is very bad. No TV connection, no hot water, drinking water was also provided after requesting 5 to 6 times. In fact for each and every necessity which are the basic needs, we had to plead them 5 to 6 times. Not at all.The rooms and washrooms are not at all hygienic. No housekeeping at all. I suggest never ever book this hotel

★★★★★Had been there as a walk in with my wife for my anniversary. The hotel facilities were above expectation for the type of hotel. Shekhar from the kitchen was exceptional and has magical hands for food. Kadhai Paneer had a bit of a wait but was orgasmic. I felt like I was eating at a 5star property (I have stayed at quite a few). The check-in experience was okay. Housekeeping was decent. Shyamu the housekeeper was helpful and caring. |Overall a good property for the price. Location is a little in the corner and less parking space but okay for small groups. Will definitely visit again.||Special mentions: |Chef Shekhar - exceptional|Housekeeper Shyamu - caring|Receptionist Rishabh - acceptable

NillThis is not good place to stay even for single night. In one night I changed 4 rooms with different issues( like AC not working, TV not working and bad smell etc) also in the mid night geyser got fired and room was full of smoke and that time no one listening to us from hotel side. Food was not good at all. Staff behaviour was not good. They don’t have any parking space. They will just park your car at road with not security. Also one more point if we will ask them to put any food items in the freezer and later you will get to know staff already eaten. So please think twice before booking this place to stay. Thank you

NillRooms are okay. Bathrooms are 2 star. They are present inside a narrow street but they do provide a closed gate open parking. Service is okay we ordered a cheese sandwich and we got bread with chunks of butter inside it rather than the cheese but yes the Fritters (pakoda) were okay and also the tea never tried the food there as Agra has various options of food kfc and pind baluchi is nearby or i say walking distance from them so that's good. Overall a 3star review but it is not a 3 star hotel.
