Hotel Taj Pearl

This is the one the wrost room I checked in even the basic eminities are not working properly. I booked the superior rooms for 1 day even fact I am lucky because I didn't book for long duration. The basic eminities like kettle it was broken and the replacement keetle was rust inside so please don't trust check your keetle before using . Rooms are very small so.opt for other hotels for the same price.

It is one of the most underrated hotel in agra…the hospitality and hygiene was too the core..I would like to prefer this hotel 100% most comfortable and food was also yummy…manager Jedrendran sir was soo kind and he will help in arranging cabs also and all the employees there was soo polite and helpful

Outside the city center, in a fairly quiet place - street food and some shops outside. |Checkin was fine, we had booked three rooms and were able to change one (big window with a view of a wall). |Rooms were fairly clean and new, quite comfortable. Small minibar fridge. A/c worked well, wifi worked well. Storage space was OK, cupboard and a couple of drawers. Nice big windows.|Bathrooms are not good. Some design flaw causes water to flow all over the bathroom floor every time you shower (regular Indian bathroom – no separated shower area). Water pressure was sometimes weak, hot water sometimes lukewarm. |The rooftop pool is a nice touch. Tiny (6m x 6m ?) with only ¾ loungers, the hotel provides towels and you get a nice view of the area. Pool is reasonable clean.|Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant once, but was not impressed. Fans only, no a/c – the room was hot. The buffet was OK, but not overly so. |Some of the rooms had good yellow lighting, a couple had harsh white lights. |Storage space was a little lacking.

We stayed as a German Travelgroup in this hotel. The staff and employees are absolutely friendly and courteous. They asked often if we need something and if we like our rooms. The room was modern and clean. Really good Indian standard. The food and service was excellent. They made typical Indian dinner (the best one I had so far in an Indian hotel) and the breakfast was delicious as well. All in all I can really recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights for a family function. 1 night 4 rooms and 2 nights full hotel booked. Main USP of this place is its staff and each and everyone, so caring, helpful and people who go the extra mile! Food is amazing, can't remember anything we didn't like! Banquet arrangements were also great for the functions we hosted! Must stay for anyone visiting Agra! Thanks again to Mr. Dwivedi and his staff for a memorable experience for my family!

I had a pleasant stay at the property. It is certainly a 3.5 to 4 star hotel. The check-in and check-out was smooth and the property is worth the price. The staff is supportive and friendly. I had no issues during my stay. The property is clean and the room was maintained properly. Would definitely visit again.

Not happy with rigid policies of hotel. Even when asked for disposable sleepers they said to pay 50 Rs. Extra. Haha like really never experience this ever in any hotel. They don't really know the hospitality for guest. Washrooms are flooded with water, hot water facility takes time, jet spray not working properly.

The hotel is newly renvated. Rooms are good the staff in the pantry is really nice and friendly. Food is served fresh and breakfast is undoubtedly sumptious. Loved my stay here.
