Option 1 — Warm & Balanced ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently hosted a Teej get-together for around 40–50 people at The Taj Pearl, Agra, and overall, our experience was really wonderful. The welcome drink, food quality, music, decoration, and overall arrangements were very good. All my friends also appreciated the food and the ambience, and we received very positive feedback from everyone. A special mention to Jitendra Ji for his excellent cooperation and support. He was very helpful, approachable, and supportive throughout the event, and his efforts made the arrangements much smoother for us. There was a little scope for improvement in staff management and service speed, as we faced some delays during the event. However, apart from that, the overall experience was too good. Thank you to the entire team for making our Teej get-together a memorable one! ❤️

Outside the city center, in a fairly quiet place - street food and some shops outside. |Checkin was fine, we had booked three rooms and were able to change one (big window with a view of a wall). |Rooms were fairly clean and new, quite comfortable. Small minibar fridge. A/c worked well, wifi worked well. Storage space was OK, cupboard and a couple of drawers. Nice big windows.|Bathrooms are not good. Some design flaw causes water to flow all over the bathroom floor every time you shower (regular Indian bathroom – no separated shower area). Water pressure was sometimes weak, hot water sometimes lukewarm. |The rooftop pool is a nice touch. Tiny (6m x 6m ?) with only ¾ loungers, the hotel provides towels and you get a nice view of the area. Pool is reasonable clean.|Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant once, but was not impressed. Fans only, no a/c – the room was hot. The buffet was OK, but not overly so. |Some of the rooms had good yellow lighting, a couple had harsh white lights. |Storage space was a little lacking.

DO NOT STAY HERE – THIS HOTEL IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I was part of the same group mentioned in the earlier review by Yohannan, and I want to clearly state that the hotel’s reply is false and misleading. We booked four Deluxe Rooms through Agoda only, not through Booking.com. The booking was made as two units, with each unit consisting of two rooms. One unit was prepaid, and the second unit was marked as pay at hotel. When we arrived late at night with our family, the hotel suddenly informed us that only three rooms were available. On top of that, they gave us the worst room in the entire hotel, for which photos are attached. The remaining rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. In one of the rooms, the bathroom door would not even close. We were put under pressure and given a “take it or leave it” ultimatum, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for any hotel. Since it was late at night and we were traveling with family, we had no choice. Despite this, I paid the full amount shown on Agoda directly to the hotel. Regarding breakfast, the hotel’s explanation is another lie. They claimed that eggs, cornflakes, fruits, and other items were served, which is absolutely not true. There were no eggs, no cornflakes, no fruits, and the options were extremely limited. On top of everything, the staff were extremely rude and uncooperative throughout our stay. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I have already filed a formal complaint with Agoda, and they are taking the necessary action. No one deserves this kind of treatment. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Hotel Taj Pearl Agra is the best hotel! This was my second visit—I had also stayed here in 2023, and now I stayed in 2026. The staff here are amazing, and the best part is that even today, the same staff recognized me and treated me very warmly. They are truly cooperative and wonderful. The rooms are neat and clean, the food is excellent, and the property is very well maintained—truly commendable. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you ever visit Agra, make sure to stay at Hotel Taj Pearl. Thank you!

The staff was kind and hospitable. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Good location and fairly close to Taj Mahal. Would definitely stay again
