FabHotel White Castle - Hotel in Tajganj, Agra

We had difficulty in locating the hotel as there was no such hotel with the name Fab Hotel white castle, a name which gives an illusion to be of something to look forward to. We had booked 3 rooms and found that we were the only one staying in the hotel. The place seemed to be deserted and having no regular business. The staff was however helpful.

Fraud Alert -: I booked Hotel white castle through Fab hotels with confirmed booking status. When I reached to hotel, there was no Fabhotel white castle but A hotel with another name Golden bird. Receptionist said they have no link up with FAB now. But FAB support services said that Golden bird is white castle and gave me contact no. of hotel. I called on that no. from another side no one picked my call. At the end receptionist said ignore FAB I will provide you room. I was with my family with my 3 years old daughter therefore no other choice left to me as it was 10 PM. I paid Rs. 1800 for a room for which 500 rs. was suitable price. I am struggling now to get my refund from FAB Hotels. Please beware before booking..
