Zero star property.. Waste of money.. Unprofessional staff..

Came here with a couple of friends and booked 2 rooms, Oct 25. Both rooms were under maintained and dirty. The AC had an unpleasant, damp mildew smell. The beds were dusty and the pillows were old and gross. The property is very large, but seemed like it has seen better days. I wouldn't recommend this place considering we paid resort prices to stay here and the property was in very poor condition. The lobby was the best part of the property, it was very nice and well maintained. We had no issues with the service either.

I visited here for a conference meeting with my colleagues. Their interior was very beautiful. They provided us with all the facilities necessary for the event. The staff was very helpful and hardworking and especially the food they served was damn tasty. They even had dining space in the conference hall. Overall, I had a great experience!

I wish to give 5 star for the property as it's ultra rich and luxurious. But this is very unprofessional. No proper maintenance. No proper room service, no proper air conditioning also the rooms were full of mosquitoes. The staff is highly unprofessional. The manager was available in the hotel. Two days were were there and the manager was not there. Anyways I wish they could maintain the property well as this is a great property close to Delhi.

It is the ambience which is good in this hotel, otherwise everything else is below standard. the rooms and especially the bathroom needs a lot of work and upkeep. It lacks maintenance. Food is sub standard. No variety. Buffet breakfast is mediocre, the toaster takes ages to heat up. No supervision and everything left to 3 waiters who can not manage. Front desk is most unprofessional. Overall a bad experience, need a lot of improvement in all areas. Not at all value for money paid.

I visited Agra in May month and booked superior room for 2 days. As per its name, the hotel was really grand and one of the best hotels I have stayed in.It is built like a palace with red stone and lush green gardens in it. Room was very beautiful and very spacious.Bathroom too was very spacious with all the possible amenities. Food was tasty but a little pricey and the buffet breakfast had a lot of varieties in it. It also has a very beautiful swimming pool with a great landscape. Staff was always smiling and helpful in guiding us on our tour.

Been to this place twice and would love coming again and again. It was maintained better when it was not with the Taj group though. but definitely the most beautiful place to stay in Agra and pamper yourself. If the breakfast menu doesn't impress the cozy rooms , amazing pool and the big gardens will sure do. A must visit.

Worst 5 star hotel. Staff is humble though services are below average. 1) They didn't had toothbrush in the bathroom when i asked for it , it came after 30 min. 2) They don't have basic first aid kit in the hotel. 3) food was average. The only thing good is the infrastructure but people who are running the place don't know what it takes to run a five star hotel. Don't waste your money.
