Hotel Banshi Agra

There is a lack of order. Early morning there was no water and we had to call repeatedly and waited to get water in the bathroom. Though bathroom is having modern look it's door was noise and could not be locked from outside. It is a four stories building with no lift. It has three small and two large bed rooms in each floor but top floor is used as kitchen. Non of these rooms have open windows and only two rooms have fixed glasses for views outside. Breakfast is served only after 8 am and no tea in early morning or services. Its location is not bad and there are expensive restaurants within 500 metres but non were happy to agree card payment. So one must be careful when one is booking this place since AC is absolute to stay in this hotel. Overall I would say below average stay and disappointed with it after pay 1800 for two nights. Ola services in Agra is realible and made our transit to hotel to airport smooth ...one should avoid auto services or services provided by this hotel.

Booked hotel over the phone with speaking to Mr. Abhinav who gave all information.No dissappointment. Location - just behind sarovar portico . Services - In terms of services .H/K or FnB guys are ready to help. Beds and washrooms are clean. Didnt tried food but nearby loads f food option.Overall nice place and good option within budget. Mr,||. Abhinav is the person who would give all info and help during your visit at agra. i recommend it.

The room was good but the washroom was not cleaned. Geyser was not working.Also the food quality was below average but the price was as high as like that is from 5 star hotel's food. Staff behaviour was good and satisfying.

On an average hotel. Although staff is very good and well natured. They will serve you in the middle of the night. Location is not acurate in GMap. And yes there were mosquitoes in the room.

The staff here at Hotel Banshi are very welcoming, kind and attentive. They will do anything in their power to make you happy and make your stay comfortable. They were eager and quick to do anything we asked. We felt very welcomed and valued.

First review I have ever written. I'm not a serial reviewer. Party of 13 from U.K. Left this hotel yesterday after an awful stay. The hotel is disgusting. Dirty stained bedding. Broken toilet seat. Cold water. Bathrooms smelling of urine. Lots of mosquito. Staff had to remove lizards from our room on arrival. Food was inedible. We asked for mineral water and were horrified to be offered open and half used bottles. There were a number of punters seeking business. We didn't know who were hotel staff and who were external guides seeking business. ||||I would absolutely advise against staying at this place at all costs.

We had chosen this hotel because we wanted budget accommodation in Agra. Although the room was small but it was comfortable for 2 persons. The room was clean but they need to improve their services. We did not eat anything here and preferred to eat in a nearby restaurant.
