Merit-Hotel

hotel is filled with frauds and scamsters. the manager takes commissions for booking cars and pockets it. had to face a lot of problems. booked car via hotel and he did not transfer the money to the driver. i had to pay full amount to driver again. dont go to this hotel at all. horrible place

The worst hotel i have ever been to …. They lack the basic manners to even treat a customer properly. They dont even mention the charges for extra hours and would just loot you.

Please avoid Rooms are stinky old No hangers No bathroom toilet consumables No glasses and coffee pot No geyser Bathroom doors not locking, water leaking from all around and they take full amount in advance for which they even don't give receipt or bill citing vague reasons on GST

The room was very bad. Bathroom was just ok but even then I gave them 4 star because they accommodate me and my wife after 12am while the other 2 hotels we booked through Oyo didn't allow as to check in for the price we already payed through Oyo app. Plus the merit staff was so nice and they allow us to keep our luggage in the hotel even after we checked out and went to see Taj Mahal.

Deserved 0 star, They ask 12 gst even though you have book from OYO. Asking extra gst otherwise cancel booking. Toilet is also damaged. No geyser for hot water. Bedsheet also stink, bad experience.

They don't have heater in room personally I don't like food as well but tea is good just as I wanted room n room service is just okay not too good not too bad

If you want to waste your money then go there. They have changed our room thrice but all were the same. We had to go without staying there because the room was smelling so badly even the lifts.We registered our complaint to OYO but no use as they are not able to do anything. So always check room 1st before booking. They will make you fool for the sake of the discounts.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always available to help, even with placing a pizza delivery order when the worker couldn't understand my accent. The room was comfortable, although a bit chilly, and they were always willing to bring anything we needed to our room. I have to Mark them down because the free breakfast was only a few Indian dishes and when I ordered off the menu they were only able to bring 2 of the 5 things I ordered (eggs and tea). They were out of fruit juice (all three varieties), yogurt, corn flakes, and I never got my toast, although I think they had that and just forgot. Really poor experience dining wide, but excellent stay as far as room and accommodations go.
