OYO 701138 Hotel Golden Grand

Not even deserved single rating, worst hotel, worst hotel staff, horrible experience. Hotel denied for checkin saying that hotel he ya dharmshala. I booked through goibibo and was a paid booking, but they said you speak to goibibo and if we received call from they we Will communicate them that we are sold out and no room availability. Goibibo should remove this worst hotel from their listing. This is first time my goibibo booking denied for checkin means these types of hotel also detouring credibility of goibibo.

Location wise the hotel is ok. But the maintenance of the room is not good. Bathroom taps etc do not work properly. The electric kettle in the room was also faulty. Current was coming in the wash basin. No car parking

Don't go here with booking through Oyo. They don't accept your booking. You need to contact Oyo to shift to another hotel.
