Hotel Pushp Villa

This is definitely the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. Everything stinks. The floors are oily and sticky. The reception staff wasn't really nice and always loud. The restaurant was ok, at least the staff there was very nice and smiling. I refused to have the buffet breakfast as it looked very very dirty. The laundry was incredibly good but the man who brought us the clothes, I wouldn't leave the room and kept looking around for don't know what. Very rude.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I complained about the poor service, the staff behaved rudely and aggressively, almost like bouncers. The room was full of mosquitoes, and lizards could be seen easily, making it very unhygienic and uncomfortable. On top of that, there was no electricity from midnight to 5 AM. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. U will get best hotels in 3500 per day like Crimson & The Sunring, Hotel Atulyaa.

Pathetic Experience!! My husband suggested jiju & dii to experience in revolving restaurants “so called”Push Villa. One of the worst experience we ever had. The food took too long to arrive, and when it did, starting from soup till starter till main course was disgusting , that was the most unsatisfactory service & food I've ever experienced. Ordered shorba, do you think in shorba jira ka tadka!!! Wah!!I had never eaten shorba with jira(cumin) tadka. And tom yum soup (what can I say about tom yum’ see, one thing we are not ordering things which we do not have idea or never seen or eaten. We know what tom yum soup is and they gave us frozen vegetables in hot water I do not know what were they supposed to create in Starter (fusion). Eww, feeling no words to describe. Dam Alu curry with 1 potato :1by2(1/2) alu Shocking dude. Roti was burned! Additionally, server Named Rajesh or Rakesh seemed mannerless, rude even though he was not our server. I’m really disappointed. Felt as if we owe something to them. But anyways Vijay, our server was little concern regarding the feedback. Overall very unpleasant worse experience 🙏

As part of a tour group I don't know how much this place costs. So I can't say if it is what you get for what you pay for. That aside, the place is in need of some serious maintenance. Pros Very courteous staff. Great view from the restaurant. New lift but the some floors were not serviced. Location close to Taj Mahal Air conditioning worked* Average Meals Tv Bed Linen washed but worn Cons Showers poor pressure and cold. Front door did not close properly. Air conditioning needs service - water leaks, black mould and air smells mouldy. Walls are stained from water from air conditioner Curtains need replacement. Flooring uneven and cracked

We went for dinner, quite a nice ambience as well as agra only revolving restaurant, we ordered * Tom yum (no taste too flat) *Tomato Dhaniya ka shorba ( please don't order, the worst soup I ever had in my life. If you are going for the ambience or Taj view point then its fine, but if you are going for the dinner not recommended no taste zero flavour.

I organized a party there are few points i want to tell everyone First the food was good but the stuff shut all the counter even before it was finish and straight up denied to serve more upon asking to serve anything which is left a drunk staff member was flirting with my daughter and when we ask to give some leftover like sweets and main course dish start fighting and talk rudely Secondly (decorater sachin goyal ) we were informed that the whole decor will be done in a fixed amount and then we talked to the decorator he was asking for more then after a lot of fazz we asked for a board with a stand and it will be ours cause we paid for it but they only gave the picture upon asking several times There are so many points but these two are main the staff is worst and everything is 0

Its only for night sleep, AC is very noisy , avoid breakfast Its close to Taj Mahal Door keys not working Recommended if you need cheap night stay but lower your expectations

My all time favourite for dinner with family and friends.We have organised my son's birthday party over there as well.It was an extremely amazing experience .
