I believe this is Agra’s worst hotel with terrible service. The stay should have cost less than ₹500, but I paid around ₹1400 for a double-bed room. The lift was not working, the room couldn’t be locked, there was no TV, no ventilation, and even the flush wasn’t functional. The mattresses were in terrible condition, and all the rooms, including the bedding, were filthy. Neither the merchant nor the hotel staff cared to listen, and no refund was offered for online payments. When I raised the issues, they bluntly said, “You have to stay like this; otherwise, we have no option.” OYO is completely misleading customers by falsely promoting this place as highly rated with good cleaning standards. Somehow, we managed to get through the night without sleeping, despite the extremely cold weather. Early in the morning, the receptionist, Miss Sweta, understood my situation and shifted me to one of their other properties. I paid the difference, and the final stay was peaceful.

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. I can't even define it in words how dirty the hotel was... The things I hate about this hotel is the staff and bathroom.. There is a dog in the hotel and the dog would poop everywhere... Please don't waste your money by coming to this hotel....

Worst experience of my life, first of all they have Dog which is free in reception and eat his food on sofa which is for the hotel guest, bathroom are without Greaser no hot water facility, no soaps, no nearness, bathrooms w/o exhaust fans, dirty buckets and mugs, AC stop sudden and night with loud noise, no remote of AC in room, electric socket opens in bathroom old junk tab in washroom. Rats are free at the reception, insects u easily be find inside ur bed and cockroaches are everywhere inside the hotel area. No proper communication between the management team. No proper follow up.. I face lof issue with my family and children’s. I’ll give no star and not recommend to anyone. Pics attached.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in, you would expect a minimum standard from a 3 star hotel but that is not the case here. The rooms where dirty, bathrooms were disgusting, bed spreads had stains all over them, the whole place smells of cigarettes and there is no one to assist you. Most of their employees are children. Our tour operator booked this place saying this is a 3 star hotel and it would be good, but this place ruined our otherwise really good vacation. Would never recommend.

We unfortunately took this hotel because we were short on time. We took two rooms. This was suggested on Oy0 (showing old photos which are now irrelevant) but booked on spot not from Oy0. This is the worst hotel I've been to, horrendous experience. Rooms infested with cockroaches, used c0nd0ms stacked behind the bed. Then rooms were changed. But below issues persisted in all rooms. Dirty linen, dirty bathroom, broken tap/valves, dirty and broken mirrors. No gyser, hot water will be supplied 30min after request. No phone intercom for service. Foul smell from bathrooms. Dirty windows and mats. Broken switch boards, torn wallpapers, dirt and paint on all surfaces No water bottles, uncomfortable beds with broken springs to break your back. Please stay away from this place. Sheer waste of hard earned money. Booked two rooms for 1200 per room per night. Not worth. No wonder why was listed on Oy0.
