Hotel Dream Comfort

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't recommend staying here as everything is bad: 1. The room is very dirty. Not cleaned in the toilet, no toilet paper, no trash can (we had to ask for it separately, as there are no trash cans in the whole hotel, not only in the room), no soap, and worst of all - no hot water at all. The bed linen is very dirty. 2. We had to spend one of the worst nights in India here, as there were many mosquitoes in the room that bit us all night. There was no way to solve this problem in any way. The room has no windows, the question is how did the mosquitoes get into the room? Now it is clear why the bedding is blood stained - because people kill mosquitoes all night to at least get some sleep 3. The room is very cold (the trip took place in the middle of December) 4. The sockets do not work well and do not charge 5. The receptionist at the hotel does not speak English, it was very difficult to communicate and resolve issues with him. When we first checked in, he called his coworker or the hotel owner who was communicating with us and said we had to pay for an extra bed for our 12 year old child. We were quoted the total price for everything, but the manager tried to charge extra money again. We didn't agree to this. It ended up that the sleeping space was a thin mattress, a pillow with no pillowcase and a sheet. We asked for an extra blanket as well. It was brought to us, but it was still impossible to sleep on it, as it was cold. And for this extra blanket we were asked for 500 rupees 6. Wi-fi does not work in the room, only in common areas. 7. The hotel does not correspond to what is on the photo. For example, the photo shows a cozy kitchen with tables, but in reality it is just a few tables, broken and dirty dishes. In addition, we saw a mouse or a rat in the kitchen, which apparently ran in from the street, as on the other side is open emergency door 8. The final straw was that we were not allowed to leave our belongings after the checkout, even though they have plenty of storage space. Also, we were not allowed to stay in the hotel common area (neither the lobby nor the second floor dining room) after the checkout. We wanted to do some work there. At first we thought the receptionist didn't understand our request, but then we translated our question in Google translator into Hindi and got a clear answer that it was not possible. We have been to many countries and hotels and hostels of different workshop category and this is the first time we met such unfriendly attitude towards guests.

I'm sharing my experience one of my wrost hotel. The rooms,bathroom,floor everything is too dirty.And the manager of the hotel has too much attitude even he don't know how to talk with his guest . I think you should go for training first that how to handle guest and don't give wrong information and their staff is dame. They also don't know anything.. It's real feedback never ever visit this property..

Save yourself from the scam. This is not a hotel, it’s like a Guest house that stinks and the rooms are not even in good condition. There is no staff except a guard. The owner/manager only spoke to us via phone. They demand payment even before you set your luggage in the room. One of the worst experiences I have had so far.

The rooms was not good for stay ...no towels in the bathroom no handwash dirty rooms so many mosquitos...the bucket was so dirty will never ever recommend anyone to stay .

Fake photos on social side…… room with full of smell…. Warm water not available….. no slipper in bathroom….according to price room is not good

Good experience. The host Mr Amit Kulsreshtha is an amazing host. Highly recommended in budget stays.

Nice hotel for family, food quality is good, situated at good location but mineral bottle is expensive of 30 rs.
