OYO Raj Paradise

Not up to the mark, very bad service. TV was not working, no switches were working. Then need to improve a lot with service and behaviour. And there is no hotels and dhanas are available in nearby area...you have to cover long way for food. Not good for family... Only couple are staying for one night stand.

Those who see the reviews kindly ignore the negative review. I have stayed there for a day this is a very nice hotel including its infrastructure and managment. the hotel managments are very cooperative , manager named NIKHIL is very helpful, polite and cooperative. while we were searching for hotel address nikhil gave us proper direction via phone call and even provided a car early in the morning so that v can catch our train. The hotel staff were awake till midnight to provide water in the rooms. All the managements and interior of the hotel is amzing. Please have a visit. The will ensure proper services to their clients.

hired entire 16 room hotel for a wedding in early Feb 2019. ||+ve: ||new owners helpful and will try to accommodate requests and resolve issues. ||location, near Taj and also TDI Mall , with KFC and other shops||Opened a disco tech and bar in basement which had reasonably priced drinks but was very quite when we went.||Food was finger licking delicious - they arranged for a cook to prepare three meals for us during our stay- they were very open and willing to cater for our requirements.||||-ve||No lift , hotel has three floors, it was not an issue for us||service can be a bit slow, how ever once issues were pointed out they quickly addressed them.||I don't think they have onsite restaurant and any food is brought from outside- but new owners looking to change that along with updating the rooms as they did look a but dated and we had issues with hot water boilers not working in some of the rooms in middle of their winter but they made some alternative arrangements that worked for us but may not be suitable for others!||||Overall we had a good stay and would recommend a stay for large families ( as some of the beds could accommodate 4 to 5 people) - they have a sister hotel next door for over spill but did not visit it . Ideal for large families on a budget who are going to use it mainly to sleep after visiting the tourist places in Agra

Booked the hotel through OYO and there was no problem in check-in. The room was average and the washroom infrastructure was okay. They were clean though. Room service was very good. Taj mahal is nearby.

Visited on 26/10/2015 with family. Booked 2 Delux rooms in hotel Raj paradise.||||2. The location of the hotel is too bad. One has to walk for at least 10 mins to get to the main road.||||3. Rooms are too pathetic. At first they have given a room that has no ventilation system. The room is too much conjusted. We cant even walk after putting one small trolley. Bathrooms are the same. All the picturees they have put into website those are just taken from such an angle that the rooms look like a huge one. Most of the switches and Plug points are damaged in most of the rooms. They have told us that free wi-fi is available. But in reality wi-fi is available is only near the reception desk in ground floor.||||4. We went to visit The Taj Mahal on full moon Night. So we requested the hotel person to arrange a cab to Taj from Hotel. We have visited the last Show From 12:00 to 12:30 at night. After the show when we called the cab driver to pick us from the taj entrance, he simply kept his cell in silent mode and gone to sleep. I had called the driver 15 times. After that when I asked him that if he hadn't any responsibility that a guest form the hotel is standing with some ladies at 1:00 o'clock in the night, the fellow told me that He is not responsible for our security.||||Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

It was my second visit to the same. Mujhe lga k is bar bhi achhi service milegi.. pr bekar. Total disappointment. One should not trust on same hotel. TV was not working. They switched off AC in night. Water tapes were not working, even the Jet Spray. Flush O my God... For God sake.. How disgusting it is to use bucket and mug to flush 🤢 even after making complaint to them they did not took it serious. Their service turned worst this time. Room service wala bahot ajeeb tarah se ghurta hai. Finally I don't recommend it. Moreover iske thik samne ek kabristan hai... Enjoy your horrorible night with a 6 feet guy whose presence will give cold to your bones. I hope.. the people will understand it.. aap chahe kisi bhi religion k ho pr shayad koi b raat k andhere me apne room me kisi b shadow ko nhi dekhna chahega jo apko ghure. Well when I inquired about it they told me that it is nothing. Well I got the proof one night before clearly that it was a graveyard. Enjoy your stay here if you have dare enough to face all these things.

a series of unfortunate events led us to spend a night in the hotel which advertises itself as "economic luxury", a pretty ironic term for this place. rooms look very nice on the photos, and they would be okay, but our room was so full of cockroaches that it made our stay a nighmare. i would be ok with them in the bathroom if necessary, but they were under the bed and running around our pillows at night. wish i could forget.||||the restaurant is a dirty unattractive place, food is just basic. the staff is relatively helpful, they give us the wifi password, but generally not so welcoming. please try to find something else if in agra.

Absolutely hopeless. Plz do not venture. Not for familiesOur recent experience at Hotel Raj Paradise Agra was the worst we had through OYO. We booked the Hotel bcoz we thought it wud have the typical Oyo standards as it must have been vetted by them. We are really sorry to have believed so. I very strongly opine that Oyo should immediately discontinue its association with this Hotel . The room first checked in by us was full of cigarette smoke as the hotel staff is in a habit of smoking in the rooms to get out of sight of CCTV cams. Upon checking into our second room, which was full of cockroaches, we saw that the toilet was also dirty. In the morning we had to literally beg for water as the geysers in most of the rooms of this hotel do not function. The icing on the cake is that the hotel is just in front if a crematorium, so the view that u get is that of the crematorium. You should really check in to this Hotel if you want to attain Moksha. Complimentary breakfast was filthy. We fail to understand how this hotel meets Oyo standards. We have been cheated. Our first instance when Oyo has failed. At least don't fail anyone else
