Nouva by Dcrest Hotel

The hotel is at a very good location and is only few kilometres or say 10 minutes away from the Taj Mahal. The hotel is located on the most famous and tourist friendly road of Agra which has plenty of shopping markets, leather product's shops, restaurants, etc. The rooms were very comfortable and it provided plenty of basic facilities like TV, WiFi, etc. The hotel was neat, clean and very hygienic. The breakfast had plenty of options but the items/dishes remained exactly the same which in option shouldn't have happened. The staff is nice and very tourist friendly but their service was slow and it took time to get things done. In the end, I'd say that every hotel has some pros and cons but the pros are more in this case. The hotel does provide a value for money deal and a memorable experience.

Staying in c1 Noosa (Agra) Hotel was very bad experience. There is no kettle in the room. Rooms was not ready at the time of check in. There was only one towels in some rooms no toilet paper and soap. Bed sheets and curtains were dirty. Limited breakfast, and very bad service, we all are waiting for food. When we checked in they said 24hrs hot water but there was no hot water there in the bathroom. Very bad experience.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. Bathrooms condition was very bad. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bad drainage system in the bathroom. Water became stagged on the floor after bath. Did not get any staff to clean the rooms within 3 days. The rooms are damped and suffocating, no window, Air condition machine did not work properly. It was horrible experience for 3 days staying. Suggest no one to book the hotel and stay there.

Worst experience. doesn't deserve any star. The room are too small from what is shown in the pictures on various websites. They are suffocating and damp. The washrooms are pathetic. No exhaust,dim light, no hot water and too much smell. The water gets stagnant. The service is not good. It is not worth staying here. The breakfast they offer is pathetic, the hall in which they offer is so bad and smelly . To describe it simply : Don't everve go. Its a waste of money and spoiling of trip. Deserves zero star !

Disappointed by the quality of rooms. Basic amenities were missing. None of the electricity plug points were working. So couldn't charge our mobile phones . ||Didn't get hot water in washrooms.||I thought this problem is in our room only, but found same problems in other room as well (we booked two rooms for family).||Though rooms were clean but very small.

There was no fruits or juice in a breakfast. Limited breakfast. Bed sheets and curtains were dirty. Toilet shower and shower is not working in few rooms. Whn we checked in they said 24hrs hot water but there was no hot water there in the bathroom. We had to take shower with cold water. Whn we asked for hot water to drink waiters fighting with each other to give hot water in a room. Only one waiter was doing everything. Very bad experience.

It's a moderate and budget hotel to stay with. Location is good and situated on main road. Tourists spots are nearby so it's an added advantage. Rooms are clean but small. If you're booking with OYO then there are no breakfast options.

The hotel is on main Fatehabad road, very good food at their restaurant and rooftop lounge. Nice musical experience at LEVEL4 , their roof top restaurant. They also got a banquet. Nice and clean rooms, very cooperative and friendly staff and management. Also it's very close to Taj Mahal. Easy access to public transport.
