Hotel NoVo Agra

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel NoVo Agra. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the Taj Mahal, which made sightseeing very convenient. All basic amenities were available, and everything worked perfectly. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, and friends visiting Agra. Great value for money!

I stayed at Hotel Nova Agra for two days and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, the location is convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff’s nature—so polite, friendly, and respectful. I have stayed in many hotels before, but I have never experienced such warm and genuine behavior from the staff. They treat you like an old friend, not just a guest. And all of this at such a reasonable price! I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Agra.

Rooms here were budget friendly. And also the staff are very kind and good. Few rooms have ac problems but rest all are fine. It was also easy to locate. Overall its good to stay here.

We booked 2 deluxe Rooms last Saturday in Agra. Both are good as per budget. Only problem we faced is air conditioner is not working and couldn't sleep properly. I recommend customers to carry their own shampoo sachet and soap while onboarding this hotel room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. thanks!

The rooms were quite good and spacious. It’s also pocket-friendly, which is a big plus. The best part is its location—very close to the Taj Mahal, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Also, the person at the front desk in the morning was very polite and helpful.

After reaching to the hotel there was no hot water to take bath. When we asked the receptionist he said hot water will be from 7 am to 10 am that is solar heater. Then they gave us coil for heating water which took more time to heat the water because of it we became late for our next trip. What is the use if you don't have the basic services for your guest? If you are keeping the hotel there must geyser in every room. Who has time to heat the water via coil if we have to go in the early morning to visit the different places. We were 5 members because of hot water issues we were late to start and got delayed and were not able to cover all the places within one day and next day was our flight. So frustrating. Also, TV also not working and phone they were repairing when we check in the room.

The best hotel I must say with friendly staff. I highly recommend this place to feel home staying. The hotel owner is truly a good person and advice you alot.the staff is so caring. I would like to recommend to my family and friends and whoever wants to visit Agra.
