Hotel Parador

The hotel is overall quite nice, but it is in dire need of renovation. Pros 1). Very affordable price and good location, close to the Taj Mahal and metro station. 2). Helpful staff which takes care of your needs quickly. 3). Our room had a huge balcony. Cons 1). The hotel seriously needs renovation. The paint in the lobby, room, bathroom was coming out, the switches and even the furniture needed to be changed. 2). The room was dirty when we reached which was a put off. 3). The TV would not work, the intercom phone also had a problem wen we checked in. Overall the hotel is good but I think you can get better elsewhere if you pay a bit more money.

We booked 2 rooms at the property. First disappointment there was no one to help us with our luggage 🧳 and we carried our luggage by our own. Hotel Manager Mr. Gautam as soon as he saw us coming he ran away towards the restaurant and he kept avoiding us for the full day and we failed to understand this behaviour. Rooms that were given to us were dusty as if no one had stayed in those rooms for a while. The tea kettle was dirty and the floor was dusty. I would appreciate the other hotel staff who served us food and with other amenities. The food dinner was good, but breakfast had very limited options. We never complained about anything because we were aware that Mr. Gautam will not help us. As a regular guest at this property this kinda behaviour was not expected from a manager. Again at the time of exit no one helped us with our luggage 🧳.

Quite possibly the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. It was so damp and run down it was actually hard to breath in the room. No wifi or toilet paper until we asked, breakfast was ok but lacking options and we didn't have hot water until we worked out we had to turn it on with a switch.

Small rooms and in need of technology upgrades. Not enough outlets for the electronics that needed outlets. Also the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Booked through tour company, should have upgraded the hotel.

A1 hospitality, hotel services like five star super cleanliness.... And very much tasty food with healthy options, tremendous, hotel staff is very cooperative, 24 hour 1 minute service

Amazing hotel located in Tajganj. Had a very comfortable stay in the chilly winters of Agra. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The food was great and the best part was the cozy heated rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day and we loved coming back to a clean and comfortable room. Will definitely recommend staying here if in Agra as most prime locations including the Taj are closely linked.

The hotel is 3 star but the ambience and room staff are maintain the hotel like 5star. My family like this hotel food and hotel very much.
