Hotel Sahibs Royal Ville

Overall good for the price and the manager took care of a lot of things. The card reader didn’t work and we had to take out cash. The hot water also didn’t work. Ok for a one night stay

The hotel is only 1.5 km from the East gate of the Taj Mahal. The hotel is located very close to the main road and there are plenty of public vehicles to avail. I was really impressed with the decor of the hotel. The rooms are well decorated keeping in mind the Rajasthani culture. The staff are well behaved and polite. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The food was really overpriced sondecided to have food outside. We really had an wonderful stay.

Manger was so arrogant. From starting asking for cash payment. Dnt allow for card. They charged us for dental kit and complimentary water also. And next day they give us worst breakfast ever. In the breakfast they only have poha and parantha. Parantha is so worst. I got stomach ache after that intake of that meal

Excellent hotel. Mr Himanshu sharma is very nice manager who helped a lot for safe Journey and very good person. Please choose the hotel.

Worsed experience staff is not well behaved they take unnecessary charges of room during 1 or 2 hours late check out. There behaviour is very rude. They don’t believe in customer service. I will suggest to not use this hotel Infact prefer good service hotel.

The rooms are huge and well-maintained. The atmosphere is amazing. The food is good but a bit expensive. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even helped us find an auto to visit the Taj Mahal early in the morning.

Very nice place. It was clean, the staff was super friendly and the location is good. The staff there works really hard. We arrived to the hotel late at night and they were waiting for us and helped us with our requests. They have also arranged the rickshaw to take us to Taj early in the morning. Would defenitley recommend to stay there.
