Super Hotel O Taj Nagri Near Taj Mahal East Gate formerly Riviera

My experience at this hotel was not good at all. The first receptionist's behavior that I met in the day was okay, but my problems were not handled properly. There are no windows in the rooms, so it feels suffocating because the walls have dampness and termites, which makes it hard to breathe. The bathroom was also very small and had a bad smell, making it very unhygienic. Because of these reasons, I decided to leave the hotel. While leaving, the receptionist rudely asked for payment for the water, saying it was not complimentary. However, another staff member later said it was okay and that they would not charge me because I had faced problems. Just because I met one good person, I cannot say that everyone was good. In my opinion, this place is not suitable for coming with family.

The bathroom was also spotless with good water pressure. The location was incredibly convenient for my needs, making it easy to access local attractions and transport links. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, OYO provided a great experience at an excellent price point. It's a fantastic option for travelers looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay. I would happily recommend this OYO to anyone visiting the area

This is the worst hotel to stay. We had booked 4 rooms for our family and arrived in the night. The rooms were so disgusting that we had to go look for other hotel nearby. The hotel manager was so rude..and closed the door and said go somewhere else..eventhough we had made advance payment for the reservation. Never trust OYO brand...This was OYO owned and Operated hotel in a filthy state...Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Hotel booking number - XJYW8591

Hotel is fine in this price range , metro station is nearby, and most important the Taz Mahal is too close like around 2 km or less, hotel staff is very kind specially krishna tumor ji he is a very nice person . This hotel is placed walkable distance to metro. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers not meant for family and couple. Staff at reception and housekeeping were courteous and respectful, they immediately arranged hot water since all the rooms are not fitted geyser.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The washroom was filthy and unusable, and the bed was in a disgusting state. To make matters worse, there was no TV or any basic amenities. This hotel did not meet even the minimum standards of cleanliness or comfort. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. I would never stay here again and advise others to look elsewhere. Rating: ⭐ (1/5)

Whatever ratting you see in the app it’s all rated by the hotel as the time of checkout they take our phone. The rooms and bathroom are not cleaned and unhygienic even the electric sockets are not available and doesn’t work properly. Blankets they provided stink very bad and it is unwashed and has too many holes and they didn’t even changed it. Water bottles are not complimentary and they don’t have geyser and no hot water supply. Condition are very bad, worst experience ever. They don’t even provide dustbin and each and every hook for clothes hanging are broken.
