The Retreat Hotel

While visiting Agra we stayed in this hotel for a Day at a Superior Room. The room is awesome and welcoming after a long drive from Delhi after sightseeing. The bathroom is clean. We had dinner and breakfast buffet and I would say it was a reasonable one. Food variety is less, I am not expecting a lot anyway and the food available is great. They have a swimming pool, a big room for functions and ample car park space. It is located very conveniently near the Taj Mahal. Loved the hotel, highly recommended.

We stayed just 1 night here. Room size is okay with double bed. Somehow the floor is a bit sticky and no room slipper is provided. I have to wear sock most of the time in this room. Washroom is okay, but, just a little leaking if you don't close the tap properly near the toilet seat. We also having our breakfast, dinner, and lunch in this hotel. Food is quite good. Btw, many souvenirs shops near the hotel.

Very friendly, very clean and everyone very helpfull. Reasonable prices, pool is really clean and I enjoyed swimming very much! Nothing to complain at all!!! Massage was very good, perfect strength, i enjoyed it a lot!

The cost is too high for the kind of room it is . We stayed in the superior room as well as the double room. The Washrooms are not maintained well. There is a water issues as in hardly any water comes out. Even the buffet spread is hardly anything. Not a great experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean at the check in. However the plug points were not working in my room properly. The following day when I got back from sightseeing my room was not cleaned because I had not told them to clean the room (which is default in any hotel). When I called front desk to inform them they were rude and argumentative instead of getting it cleaned or giving me a clean room. Finally after shouting they cleaned the room. Not a good experience.

One of the worst hotels I've been in my life. Old, dirty and in disrepair. Went only because it was booked by an agency... The food was pretty bad and the whole hotel very sketchy. The neighbourhood is really bad, and the only good thing is it's close to the taj. Pass...

Worst worst hotel ever. worst services. No proper bathroom, air conditioning, Tv is not working, geyser is broken it sometimes gives cold water sometimes hot. Management is thief, they put extra charges during checkout and argue like animals, no respect for guests. Worst service. Food is tasteless and worse. save your money by not going to this place.

Location is good for main tourist attractions such as Taj, Amber Fort & markets Easy to catch tuk tuk using uber app from here to get around also
