This was a very comfortable, modern hotel that we enjoyed on our short stay in Delhi. Our rooms were excellent, food was good, and hotel staff provided attentive service. Being well located, the check-in was smooth. Rooms are comfortable.The staff were helpful and courteous

It is an average hotel but has a good location. It works if your budget is economical. Would recommend eating outside. Service is average as is the food. Indian theme but a bit garish in terms of decor.

We stayed at this place during Taj Mahotsav during 25th Feb to 27th Feb 2014 ,this place was very nearly located from Shilpgram ,Taj Mahotsav and Tajmahal Eastern Gate .I booked this hotel through online mode and we were not sure what kind of this hotel is and what kind of service we will receive from them . While coming from Delhi we called hotel people and asked them to send taxi at 11 am near ISBT ,Agra, they arranged the taxi for us and driver waited till 1 am to receive us as our bus was late due to rain and traffic . We reached at hotel and we ware very hungry and asked for food at that time ,they offered tea to us and within 30 minutes they arranged food for us at such late hours and which was freshly cooked only for us . Room was well decorated and wash room was very neat and clean . Even in the morning we woke up late ,hotel staff cooperated very enthusiastically. They served us free breakfast and tea (it was in our package) . All the time they cared all our requirements and we felt a homely stay. We specially thanked Ms. Sarika Kashyapp , Director Hospitality of the hotel for such cooperation and nice arrangement for us . We will definitely stay at this hotel during our next visit

being near Tajmahal , this is an average property to stay in , food was not of that level . i preferred the chaats of Sadar Bazaar and Shaganj . Staff is helpful and courteous . One can choose it as an option if you want to visit TAJ .
