The Retreat Hotel

I stayed in retreat for a day in July with two kids and I unfortunately didn't have a great experience starting on the hotel. While the location of the hotel and food in the restaurant are good, the good things stop there. Experience in the room is pretty bad. Some things to quote are 1. Shower in the bath is broken 2. Refrigerator was not cooling 3. WiFi speed was pretty bad 4. TV was working, turns out to be that TV remote doesn't have batteries 5. AC was not working properly 6. Water purifier in the bath was so feasible that it took 1/2 hour to fill a bucket of water.

Rooms were stinking worse than a Sulabh toilet. I stayed in room number 203. The worst experience one can have as a tourist is staying in hotel retreat. It’s in a pathetic state. Restroom flushes does not function in most of the rooms. Only very hot water comes in restrooms. Never ever book this hotel

The place stank, and the bathroom was worse. There is no place to wash your hands before or after food, you should go to the stinking bathroom to wash your hands. There is absolutely no way to get cold or normal water as the water system is broken, and only hot water is available. There is no pressure in the pipes too. The food was somewhere between bad to mid. The service wasnt the best either. Although the place is pretty close to taj mahal, i wouldnt recommend it.

We have share the experience about our wedding that the arrangement are okay setup and they are completely fake and difference before and after the function dont do any marriage or function these persons are totally especially sharad and their decoration person vijay no proper arrangement and they will take whole money before the function completed and having the poor arrangements.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm and professional approach made the experience even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to others

Amazing service by all staff! The hot water in the shower doesn’t work, but otherwise a very comfortable stay.
