We recently stayed at Taj Agra to celebrate the birthday of our daughter, Shambhavi Gaur. It turned out to be a truly unforgettable experience. Thanks to the exceptional hospitality of your team. |A special note of appreciation for Chef Ashish and Mr. Subrata Bhattacharya. Chef Ashish went extra mile to ensure our dining experience was absolutely amazing. Each dish served carried not only taste but also warmth. I am feeling indebted of him not because he served cake in our room to celebrate the occasion but for the way how beautifully he behaved and the amount of warmth he served the food and cake.|A special note of appreciation also for Mr. Subrata Bhattacharya, whose warm welcome, engaging personality, and sincere efforts, made us felt special. The wonderful Noor-e-Taaj show made a lasting impression. His singing was delightful. My daughter was very happy. |Thanks to Ayesha (front desk) and Kushal (housekeeping) too who helped us in early check-in and room decoration which made the birthday event a special occasion. |We are grateful for the hospitality, care and personal touch that the entire Taj Agra team extended to us. Thoroughly enjoyed wonderful hospitality by the entire team at Taj Agra. Visited with kids. 5 star team focused on customer service. Staff is truly courteous and very attentive, however, the hotel itself could use some upgrades. I would still rate it as the best place to stay when visiting Agra. special mention of staff: Pravin, Prem, Saurabh, Uma, Pavan, Subrata. We thoroughly enjoyed the super Taj show organized by Subrata and the Taj shaped chocolate figure they put as a small surprise in our room. Food at Daawat-E-Nawaab was delicious - highly recommended for Indian cuisine. Pallato multicuisine was great as well.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at TAJ HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTRE, AGRA. From the warm hospitality to the attentive staff, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The Taj View from INFINI POOL to lush green gardens and serene surroundings added to the charm, and the suite was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, both inside and out. A special mention to Mr. Manish who assisted us to the suite, adding a thoughtful and personalized touch. Wonderful food and Service under the supervision of Chef PRAVEEN who I can say is asset of Taj Hotels. The housekeeping team especially Nikita truly stood out with their attention to detail. The Staff was above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay incredibly comfortable. Their dedication and service truly made this visit unforgettable.

I am so happy that I opted for Taj Agra for my stay on my recent visit. Wonderful hospitality, special attractions for the kids. Had such warm welcome and easy check-in’s by Sharmishtha Chakraborty at their front desk office. Met another talent Mr. Subroto Bhattacharya, he seems to be a staff there, but in the evening he hosted a show, explaining the History of Taj Mahal and he had such amazing voice, he sang 2 Kishore Kumar songs and few outstanding mimicry. The buffet menu was good and chiefs were specially making dishes on the request. Only I recommendation, since the crowd was huge, I felt swimming pool water on the Terrace needs to be little more clean. Undoubtedly it was fit to swim, but little cleaner would have been the best.

We had a long journey, but the moment we steeped into the property - it was a relaxing and calming feeling. Ayesha, who was at the reception, made us relax at the lounge while she completed the check in formalities. |This is where the personalisation started, Ayesha along with every other staff we would encounter would always ask about our wellbeing and comfort, and made sure we got what we needed. |With regards to the property - the roof top pool with the taj view is somewhere you could spend hours. |Talking about the breakfast, I have never seen so many chefs and other people just present there at the breakfast hall to ensure that the guests have a great breakfast. The warm section was amazing and so were the bakeries and fruits. Ashish, who was in charge of the breakfast kitchen, would often visit our table to ask for feedback and suggest some options to try. |One day there was a Bengali dish - luchi and cholar dal - and we being Bengalis, could definitely say that was as good as it could get! |In all, we loved the experience and look forward to be back at a Taj property.

Horrendous Stay – Completely Ruined the Agra Experience I’ve stayed in many hotels across India, but Taj Agra was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service was utterly incompetent, the staff lacked the most basic sense of hospitality, and every single interaction felt like a struggle. There was zero warmth or attentiveness — not what you’d expect from a hotel carrying the Taj name. Requests were either ignored or handled with visible irritation, and not a single team member seemed remotely interested in making the stay comfortable. It was almost as if guests were an inconvenience to them. The room wasn’t well-maintained, service was sluggish, and trying to get any help felt like shouting into a void. This place is running entirely on its brand name — don’t fall for it. I regret every rupee spent here. There are plenty of better hotels in Agra — this one should be your last option, if that. Honestly it was so disappointing I can’t even express that in words

Just yesterday I stayed for one night at Taj Hotel for my office event where we had a sales conference event. No matter how much I praise the hotel, it will be less. The behavior, helpfulness, and discipline of all the hotel staff is very good.😍🤩 The hotel was very clean and beautiful, everything from the washrooms to the lifts were very good. The food was also good. The roof top swimming pool in the hotel is excellent which further enhances the beauty of the hotel. The rooms were well maintained, clean and beautiful. I have been to many hotels but this hotel comes first in my choice. Overall I would like to give it a 5 star rating and the hotel deserves every 5 stars.👑👑❤️🙏

We enjoyed the hotel, it is very close to Taj Mahal. The food was great and the hospitality was very good. Our special thanks to Mr. Lavi Choudhury ji in making sure all the travel arrangements were taken care off once we landed in Agra airport.
