NillI had a wonderful experience staying at Radisson Hotel, Agra. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort were truly top-notch. A special mention and heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Jannat, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thanks to her sincere efforts, dedication, and hard work, we got to stay in beautiful Taj View rooms, which made our trip even more special. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and customer-first approach are truly commendable. She ensured every detail was taken care of, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Radisson Agra is already a great property, but it’s the amazing team members like Jannat maam and also whole team who make it extraordinary. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agra!

★★★★★We had the pleasure at staying at this hotel for 2 nights. Our room was lovely and clean and looked out to the Taj Mahal in the distance. We had breakfast and the buffet dinner each night and there was a great variety to choose from. The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. My husband was ill during the night, (nothing to do with this hotel) and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Management even came to our room during the night to see how he was and offered to get a Dr for us, which thankfully was not required. This was very much appreciated and we would like to thank everyone for their kindness. We would not hesitate in staying here again if the opportunity arose.

★★★★Great location for Taj Mahal only a few minutes drive away. Its a functional hotel which seems to cater mostly to one or two night stays for travellers visiting |Taj Mahal.||Big spacious rooms with standard size bathrooms. Definitely could use some love and attention as it felt tired. For a one night stay it's fine. Clean and everything worked. Terrible smell in the bedroom corridors which seems to come from the old carpet. ||We had lunch and dinner in the main restaurant on the ground floor. Same all day dining menu. This menu is also offered on the rooftop beside the pool which I am sure would be nice if the weather had been cooler. Food in the restaurant at lunch was good . We had some chicken kebabs and naan and grilled veggies. All excellent. Dinner however wasnt so good with our group unimpressed by their choices. Service as ever was extremely attentive and friendly and professional. Good to be able to get a glass (or two) of nice chilled chardonnay. The Exec Chef came out to see us and we hosted our thoughts. He quickly gave us a curry to try from the buffet and also sent out a complimentary indian dessert for the three of us. So nice. ||Good to get complimentary bottled water in the rooms ||Really the only reason for a four star review is the overall feel that this hotel is well used and needs refurbishment. Four sta on the plus side because of the ever obliging and friendly staff.

NillI was only supposed to be in Agra a couple of days but extended my trip there to 5 nights as the service was great. WiFi was a little choppy in room but all amenities were brilliant. Prices for drinks in hotel were expensive (R221 for a small can of Sprite, while out on the street for a 750ml bottle it was R50). Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I found myself in Agra.

NillThe room was somewhat old and worn. The air conditioning was very loud (felt like being on the apron of an airport), and its cooling performance was only satisfactory. The breakfast was good and the employees were always very polite. The view from the rooftop is great but both day during my stay there were events so the possibility of being there and enjoying the view was limited.

NillI had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room and washroom were clean and well maintained. At the reception, Anikesh was extremely polite and helpful, with a very good nature, which made the check-in experience smooth. The only negative point I found was regarding the food – the dish I ordered had a very small portion size. Considering the price, the quantity was not even sufficient for one person, although the taste was very good.

NillI recently stayed at Radisson and while the entire experience was excellent, the standout feature was undoubtedly the food. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delightful experience that exceeded expectations. The menu was well thought out, offering a great balance of local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and clearly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. A special mention must go to the chef Ravi, whose talent and creativity truly elevated the dining experience. It was clear that every dish was crafted with care and passion.
