OYO Taj Classic

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Taj Mahal or a 2-minute taxi ride. The bathroom is outdated, and there are mosquitoes in the room, but the room itself is spacious. The staff is lovely and provides great hospitality, making it perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent, and the rooms are affordable. However, they asked for extra money when we arrived early, despite empty rooms, and required us to check out shortly after 10 am. The staff is friendly but insisted on us writing positive reviews when checking out.

Bed check- in experience. They demand me rs. 500 extra charges other then booked price. I called hotel after booking to conform and they said your booking is conformed please come hotel. After reaching hotel they asked me to pay extra rs. 500 for room booking other they booking amount on oyo site.

Location room size and reception service is okay But room is not cleaned well, too much dest inside room flooring , carpets, bed & blankets even we checked in late at 8:00 PM

Rooms was ok, bathroom faucets were deteriorated, TV cable box didn’t work, staff was awesome. Vikram was a great host, really helpful. 👍🏻👍🏻

Very outdated bathroom, mosquitoes in room, dirty stained sheets with holes. Some alarm in the middle of the night that woke me up but the staff kept sleeping till I actually called. They insist on good reviews and that's why you will see good rating in booking 15 minutes walk from taj mahal that's the only good thing

Hi, This is me experience about stay at Taj classic hotel, beside Shilpgram parking, near Taj East gate from 26 to 28 Jan 24. It was pathetic and totally not recomend anybody for stay there view following..1. Pathetic washroom view poor maintenance. All the fittings in washroom are rusted. Bath room roof top is fully faded with moisture/water sippage. 2. For toilet paper and basic toiletries which supposed kept automatically, you have to be kep on request them. 3. Torn bed sheet 4. Worst bed cushion which will certainly guarantees you backache. 5. Naked TV wiring 6. Not even a single water bottle is complementary. 7. For everything their answer is NO, and you can ask anything. Despite all these, if still someone writes excellent review, then you can understand how such reviews have been managed.

I had visited this place in nov 23, I would like to mention the room service are poor and found mosquito in the room. Below are my rating on scale of 1-5. Cleaning : 1 (poor) Service : 1 (poor) Staff : 2 just ok. Location : (2 ok) near to East gate but doesn't has any benefits as taxi could not enter on the east gate. I did not get early checkin, even it was mentioned during booking that they will providing a complementary 2 hours early checkin.
