★We were cheated in Delhi were a fake Travel Agency told US we couldn't sleep in Delhi so they send us by car to this horrible hotel. We already were feeling bad for having bene cheated, but so Much worse when we arrived at this Hotel in the middle of nowhere, late night, in this small and broken Road. Reception Is small and rundown, staff very unhelpful, rooms are so bad, dirty, walls full of stains, moisty air, unhealthy, we slept with our clothes on, we didn't want even touch the sheets, room was so cold, no hot water, bathroom not to use. Avoid this horrible Hotel

NillThe Hotel is Newly Constructed, rooms are good and beds are comfortable. But the Service and Food suck! Taste of the Food is worst that I have ever had before. if you ask for a water bottle they will take 15 to 45 minutes to get the same. Also, the prices for food are too high! So, these 2 stars are only for the Quality of the Rooms!

★★We visited hotel orchid as part of our organised tour of India. The hotel appears nice from the outside and the reception/lobby/restaurant area is well maintained and clean enough. We ate in the hotel and the dum aloo curry was excellent. |However, the room we stayed in was dirty. The walls were marked and stained all over, the bed sheets were stained and furniture in dire need of replacement. The smell in bathroom was unbearable to the point it was a struggle to even brush your teeth, let alone shower etc...be prepared to hold your breath.|The location of the hotel is down a long, unlit, deserted road which would be too far to walk into town and too dangerous to walk from dusk onwards, hence why we ate in the hotel the evening we stayed. |The WiFi was non existent - the reception staff member explained that this was due to a “storm” the previous day that had damaged the equipment. Having read other reviews, perhaps this isn’t an isolated incident.|The hotels proximity to a local mosque meant a nice early wake up call - luckily for us we were getting up to view the Taj Mahal at sunrise anyway. |The location of the hotel and it’s barren surroundings of stagnant water both outside and in the bathroom makes your room a haven for bugs, so be prepared to be sleeping with a few extra unwanted guests. Avoid.|

★★★★Hotel was clean and tidy. There is a breakfast but we never ate it as left early for sunrise. It was what it was. Nothing special but OK to flop for 2 nights. Suited needs. Hotel staff were friendly enough and there's a shop accriss the road also a mosque. If you like getting up early!

★My fully paid(including breakfast) booking was for hotel OYO 22833 Mumtaz Mahal in Agra for 9th March 2020. It got cancelled hours before check-in and a customer care executive Mr. Nitesh booked me with hotel orchid. He also told that any extra amount incurred would be adjusted by OYO as the cancellation of my initial booking was not by me but by the property.||||But while checking out, i was asked to pay 979/- . The hotel was ill equipped with staff. There were no geysers and upon request, they gave heating rods! For 6 of us, they served 5 parathas in 3 plates. The tea smelled awful. The customer support was working on a resolution for almost 1.5hrs in vain. As i had to leave, i paid and checked out. I had ticekts to Taj Mahal and due to this, I got delayed by 1 hour.||||I called and emailed OYO hotels multiple times but they put the call on hold for a long time before disconnecting. Emails to the customer support are reverted saying the issue was resolved where as it was not resolved. This is a clear case of false promise, harassment and cheating. Will neither recommend nor stay again with OYO.

★★★This hotel is a little out of town - which is not a problem as there's always a tuk Tuk 😊 The problem here lays with the staffs attitude. After a short time it becomes clear the owner is just plain mean to them! A word of advice to him is BE NICE TO YOUR STAFF AND THEY WILL BE HAPPIER MEANING YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE HAPPIER. That said it's clean and the breakfast was fine .

★The hotel is somewhere in Agra and not a streetlight and it is not even shown properly in google maps. secondly, the staffs are very rude and not at all helpful. rooms were bad. you need to call some 10 times for any service to be done. the food was smelly and awful. I didn't feel like eating at all. kindly avoid staying here.

NillBad experience. Room is basic, sheets and room not clean! Staff isn't well trained and can not speak english. With room service they had to come 3 times because of wrong delivery. The breakfast is too basic, and most of the food was cold. It's absolutely not worth the money. The hotel is outside the city, you can't go anywhere without driver.
