Hotel rooms are good compared to the price and the city Agra. Often other stays offer very low neatness. Now this is a comparatively new hotel so was "neat". Owner is the manager and has less understanding of hospitality so you will experience a family level hospitality that some people might feel as intrusion sometimes but no wrong intent. Our room was really cold but the owner gave their own heaters and I really appreciate that( ofcourse on an acceptable charge). Location is bit away from railway station but near to Taj Mahal. Opt wisely...

The mattress and pillows are not clean. The toilet seat/ commode area is not clean. The hotel rooms do not have any windows. All the rooms are full of smoking smell. Basic toiletries are not available in the room. Only AC works and hot water runs in the taps. The staff will ask you for a fake review. Can skip going here
