Hotel star villa

Hotel was wonderful I stayed here for 2 days room and washroom were hygienic. Staff members were very helpful and this hotel is like walking distance from Taj Mahal. Must go for it and prices are also very affordable.

Pessima organizzazione||Dopo aver prenotato online ed inviato comunicazione dell'orario d'arrivo, una volta arrivati hanno fatto finta di niente ed hanno cancellato la presentazione e, considerando che l'orario d'arrivo previsto era tra le 22 e le 23, siamo stati costretti a trovare un altro posto dove dormire costato quasi il doppio...Non lo consiglio a nessuno, anzi se riuscite evitate proprio di contattarlo perché attaccano il telefono mentre parlate.

Terrible organization||After booking online and communicating our arrival time, once we arrived they pretended nothing had happened and cancelled our arrival. Considering that our scheduled arrival time was between 10 and 11 PM, we were forced to find another place to sleep that cost almost double... I don't recommend it to anyone, in fact, if you can, avoid contacting them at all because they hang up the phone while you're talking.
