OYO 22502 Gomti Resorts

The room was not good. Bedsheets were dirty. AC was not working, even the water facility was bad. Water was not coming properly from the tap. And the receptionist was telling lies about the breakfast. That the breakfast is not complimentary, when I asked for refund for the AC being not working. He told me that instead of refund I will give you breakfast as a means of our lack of service which was complimentary.

Such a pathetic and mess hotel. ... It's too far from city, food was so bad, bed sheet was blood stained, washroom have common switch for exhaust and light.. .. You have to call for each and everything, still u ll get nothing just there pathetic face and sorry..no warm water as no geizure is there... We just stayed and tolerated them only for overnight cancelled my booking. .

Bad eminities and didnt have hot water gyser in every room and didnt have complementary breakfast as mentioned... Tho the room and staff behaviour were very good and food was also nice.. 😊♥️

Bilkul bekaar gande room smell b AA rhi thi bedsheet gandi bathroom ganda without soap everything is bad in this hotel total disappointed me

First of all the place enviroment is clean and green and the main facility is the hotel also own a banquet garden and they never compromise with quality this is the big plus for the Hotels.(The hotel is under comstruction)

Very bad experience I have ever had in any Banquet hall. Please don't book for your big events. They are not professional at all.

Coming with new and different facilities Like disco and couples restro beauty parlour etc. Good space and hygeinic environment with outdoor games.
