Hotel O Neelkanth

Provides very basic facilities. Room was clean. No parking place. No lifts so not good for the people who have knee issues. Staff was very helpful. They can improve by adding some more lightings in room plus one dressing table which is a must for guest.

Booked through Oyo view local ids were supposed to be accepted. But actually it was no. The moment I entered reception with girlfriend, we were asked to show I'd proofs. Upon showing the fat cow sitting at reception arrogantly said that they can't give as we not a couple. She told to pay 2500/- in cash and cancel the booking done by Oyo for 1350/-. Really, never believe this staff. Will never recommend for any couple to visit here and get embarassed. So just cancelled and went to Mahajan palace. It's more decent. Smooth check-ins. No questions asked. Good service too.

They will deny you the reservation if u have paid online for the rooms. Only the name OYO is there. Let me tell you a story. We left our place around 4pm and on the go I booked the hotel online and did the payment. We reached the hotel at around 8:30-8:45pm. When we entered and asked about our reservation, they denied the room saying u did the payment online and we can give the room if u cancel the online booking as there will be no extra charges for cancellation and then pay cash here. They also don't have breakfast accommodation with room. Soap is given only when asked. Mosquitos were there in the room, Good Night refill was expired. No towels. Only TV was working fine.

I won't give even a suggestion for anyone to select this hotel,as it is among the worst hotels I have personally visited. I had a booking confirmed in this hotel,I called 'em and asked I will be very late that night to reach Aligarh,I will be reaching by only after 1:30am,they told me it's okay ,my booking has been done. When I reached the destination and asked for my prebooked room,then they say at 2am night that my booking has been cancelled and the room has been occupied without even giving me any notification either information . Without finding any rickshaws or cabs at that time I had to walk around half an hour almost 3km to get to the another hotel so as to stay that night;I did my booking again(New Anand Hotel Palace) ,very good service and everything . I recommend to use New Anand Hotel Palace or a different one ,but choosing this one will certainly keep you with worst maintenance and situations

I was confused about to review this property coz of my experience. It was my first time when I was thinking that what should I review it? Finally I'll say one thing, It's good no more than that, If You can find any other property that's would be good 😊 As per experience, It wasn't like that as we expects from OYO but if you have urgent need or can't find another one than you can go with it.

Very poor ambience, poor cleaning,welcomed by dropping water of AC outlet, poor washroom, stained bedsheets etc what else need to describe... Yes food service is not on time.. Quality anyone guess after the review

main this is, the deal was very good, N one more thing is I had fast that day,I ordered dinner in evening, I surprised when I got aftari along with dinner also got sharbat. Amazing feeling,appreciate it... Thanks Neekanth hotel,, Cleanliness was good, Service also good,

Worst hotel I have ever seen. I recommend to all, please don't book this hotel. Receptionist was very rude and they charged extra amount by saying the early check in amount. However I checked in at 11:30am. So please don't book room in this hotel if you want to expense your money in right way.
