OYO Hotel Welcome

I had the worst experience at this hotel. I booked (prepaid) a room for 2 Nights here through OYO. I reached late night (within my booking) and was denied checkin. The manager said my booking is not showing up in his app. I reached out to OYO support and they tried to contact him, but he kept on putting his ringing phone to silent in front of me. The customer support came back to me saying hotel personnel not reachable. I handed over my phone to the manager but he gave the same excuse and still denied. He started telling stories about how OYO charges 30% of booking amount and some policemen staying free of cost in his hotel for the night. He wanted to charge me separately for my prepaid booking. After a 24 hr journey , in the middle of the night with luggage I went to look for a hotel elsewhere ,I paid much more. I request all to not give in to such type of harassments whatever may be the cost and discourage this type of behavior. This is how we make our nation better.

All the time hotel manager tells us in the amount room is not available if you want the room you have to pay more amount. The amount shown in the Oyo application is different it is half of the offer and cancels the booking.

This hotel charged me more than what is showing on the app. charge means too much charge like showing on the app 499 and they charged me 1200. means there is no use of Oyo. and why Oyo hire these kind of hotels, I don't know. pathetic, reception guy is also very rude. won't recommend at all

Don't book it through Oyo, after reaching there property owner demands extra money ,Said that they are not agreed to give the room at the cost which customer paid to oyo. at the time visit they start the harrasment and extortion money.

They hotel person did not give us ac room and it was created to much issus to give room its a reason of hindu and Muslim very very bad experience

Hotel is amazing and the staff are cooperative and well mannered. I really enjoyed my stay.
