Ideally Located at Chaudhary Charan Singh Ghat very close to Saryu river , lata mangeshkar Chowk . Ram Temple is just 2 km from here. Small Hotel located on the Ghat steps without ammeneties. Good spacious well done up rooms. Housekeeping is average. Food at restaurant is very good but limited variety. Breakfast spread is very limited and is same everyday. Reception area away from the main cottages is average. You can spend time at peace sitting on steps of ghat. If you can ignore the occassional people bathing ( specially morning time) at the opposite side of the Ghat it is a highly recommended place.

Clean rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good location, however, it is still a half hour walk from Temple. |The rooms are newly renovated and maintained well. |There are bugs outside, so have to keep door closed. AC works well. Clean sheets.

It was not a good experience at all. The location seemed to be good at first sight but later on came to know it's kind of public place where beggers, hawkers, workers are loitering all around and bathing in the canal throughout the day and even in night making the place very unsafe. The reception is at one end and rooms at the other end without any barication, making it exposed to general public and open to all which is highly insecure. Moreover I found the hotel very highly priced as no such amenities were provided which could justify their rates. Rooms were mere basic, with mosquitos and flies all over, even the canal and the ghats (which is it's USP) is not their private property. And to top all, the staff are highly impolite and lacks basic professional efficacy. As soon you step in the hotel the front desk manager Mr. Saurabh Srivatav will ask for money (even before the stay) they don't even have the courtesy to ask for water to the guests. I think the hotel has hired some unprofessional guys who haven't learned the basic hospitality norms and don't know how to greet their guest and how to treat their customer. I have booked 3 rooms but was highly disappointed by their service at every step and especially the behavior of the staff was very disrespectful . Worst experience

Only one very sad and bad thing about this place is- beggers and homeless keep bathing in the canal in front of your rooms whole day through. It's an extremely unpleasant and disgusting sight. Very Nice Rooms. Very Good, Helpful Staff. Nice, Beautiful Location. Breakfast quality was a little low. Needs more variety of foods and fruits.

The hotel room had a beautiful view, and the food was both delicious and affordable. However, the Wi-Fi speed was slow, making it difficult to even stream news channels. The staff service was a bit slow, but overall, the experience was wonderful

The location is quite far from the temple. When we checked out, we asked how many bell boys were there to take our luggage, he replied 2, and we tipped them accordingly. But later on we saw there were 5 of them and were asking for money from the pne we paid before. And standing in front of women, they were making indecent talks and actions. Which was very alarming. We were going to pay the remaining staff, but seeing their indecent behaviour, we didn't pay.

Very accommodating staff. They go out of the way to help. Fresh property, tastefully done. Bfast buffet beat my expectations from a small town boutique property with only 13 rooms. It was great. They sell fast & are usually tight to let you check-out beyond the stipulated hours. Plan accordingly. If & when I am back, I will stay here only. I thank Shubham with whom I spoke reg reducing rooms from 3 to 2, only an hour ago & he still obliged. It was a no show penalty term. That irrespective.

Everything is simply amazing about this place. Very close to the temple. Lots of eating options around including their own restaurant. You got your own parking space.
