OYO Maa Vaishno Guest House

Everything was a mess there dirty rooms no romm service the fact is when u ask them for water they will give you bottles and will add to your checkout bill and if you take 10 -20 bottles they will say that you have ordered 100-150 bottles full thieves , even in chai they will say 100 -70 chai pi hain not giving exact number , wow why agreat service , and the toilets ewwwww sucks no cleaning nothing , if we ask for cleaning they clearly say we don't , the food for ex ,:- 400 for mushroom matar , panner 499 toba , and when we order ewwww disgusting full of sugar they have added chini like it's sweet dish we ended up throing and wasting our money , the next day we found out Annapurna rasoi , let me get u direction turn right from hotel entrance ,then another right then left see straight u should see Anna lurna rasoi man the food is tasty 😋 cheap and quantity is best , they literally said that we are not giving them commision that's why they are not having us for taking orders if u want to eat good tasty breakfast go there , if u by mistake taken maa bashino immediate check out and check for room right above Annapurna rasoi best I mean in 3k u have best room best serviceegit dream room after disgusting thing , I mean if there is a rating of -5 star I will give it !

Very poor sevice very poor cleaning poor disgusting staff and manager very rude don't ever think of booking here and yes , the main thing is food very expensive and disgusting , from here hotel turn on ur right go straight then go right then left u will se annpurna rasoi far , man the price is cheap and tasty 😋 , they also say that we are not giving them comission that's why they dont order from here , go there book hotel right just above Annapurna rasoi far better , poor service don't go there

Very poor service. Rude behavior by the staff. Rat infested, open wiring, unsafe electrical wiring, many of the rooms were stinking, highly priced for these unkept rooms. Please double-check before checking in.

Centrally located. Every place of importance is very near and easily accessible 24 hrs a day. Food from their affiliate Parag is really tasty.

Please don't book this hotel. It is not a hotel actually it is just a guest house and doesn't have any facilities. We booked the rooms online but the caretaker behaviour was very bad. They not even provide bedsheets. So please don't book.

Very bad behaviour of support staff..any they make huge fraud in bills when you ask for bill . They definitely say , hotel can't provide as much they charge they always gave bill down but charge high and save (jhool ) in tax .

Unable to bear the smell of room. Me, my mom and dad were sat outside of the hotel to get rid of that. Room and hotel floor was very dirty. Positives: 1.You can order food in the hotel itself. He can deliver it to your room. 2.Geyser is available. 3.Near to majority of the places to visit.

Very poor service and facilities in this guest House, kindly take strict action against this guest House by oyo..this guest House down the repotation of oyo service..staff don't have any manner with guest..room is very bad like smell full, bedsheet is dirty, blanket have bad smell, washroom is not clean..I booked this guest House of 21st of November...they don't have any manner and charges is very high... Kindly take action very quickly
