Location is good , but service is very poor .You to ask again and again for hot water to bathe . Intercom is not working, you have ring the mobile number on Menu card to call Reception or Room service . Food rates are on higher side , and quantity is small .The room charges are high and does not match the Property. Overall not worth Staying. Best Part Person on the reception has every answer for your problem, whether your problem gets solved or not .

One of the best hotels according to the location near railway station .. Food quality is decent

Very good service and affordable rooms. Owner and manager are also very friendly. Can stay with family without any issues. Parking is available but could be an issue since it is underground and there's limited space. Might not be as attractive as other newer hotels in Ballia, but its location and service gives it an edge over them.

Location is good walking distance from railway station, food quality was good.

Nice place for dinner aur any function.. it has space for gathering about 30 to 40 person..nice I rate it 8 out of 10
