Had a bad experience with the front office team. I had booked for two days through Make my trip. I had to cancel one day due to an emergency and postpone my trip for another 3 days in the same week. Make my trip agreed to do the adjustment if the hotel agrees. Hotel completely denied to assist despite them getting additional two rooms of revenue for them. As per Make my trip rule, they can do it if Hotel agrees. Despite calling and spending a good 30 minutes, lost one day tariff for no reason due to callous approach of the hotel staff. Would not recommend especially when there is an emergency. All this is despite staying at the same hotel for the last 3 to 4 years.

worst service ever i experienced in my life. The hotel staff is not cooperative. And they overcharged us . We have given whole day room price RS 4500 for just 3 hours stay in hotel as screenshot attached . We have checked in 6AM and they told us your check out time is 9 AM This is absolutely nonsense and poor Hospitality And they deleting our comments

The rooms were impeccably clean nd incredibly comfortable, contributing to a wonderfully relaxing.||The food was also fantastic, with a variety of delicious options.||||A special shoutout to Areeb from the front office..his service was nothing short of extraordinary. Areeb went above nd beyond to ensure all my needs were met with professionalism and a warm smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest.||I highly recommend Hotel Swarn Towers to anyone seeking not just a place to stay, but an outstanding hospitality experience with great food.

I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service improvements were evident, with a swift check-in, a comfortable room, and delicious food. I recently stayed here and I must stay I had really good stay, large part goes to Areeb from front desk. His professionalism, and warm demeanor made my stay truly worth it. This hotel is indeed th best in the city with top notch facilities and hygiene.

Service provided by the front desk is awesome specially Mr. Pawan from front desk and Sachin from lobby he is in superb with her skills and great knowledge of treating the guest in the very well manners.In restaurant wide variety of food available we are gald to have a lovely time at hotel swarn towers

Customer friendly and courteous staff . Specially Mr. Pawan from front desk and sachin from lobby Rooms are net and clean . And reception is always ready to take on our requirement. Overall a great experience .
