Rooms were very good as comparison to station hotels, bath towels was not provided and parking area is good. Most of all hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Beware of monkeys at entrance top😄

Staff was talking rudely.. I had booked the room before 10 days but at check in time they increased the price. Outside the room, some staff were wandering... They were talking loudly.. Not comfortable for couples....

Family or alone or with friends, business or leisure, I found it very moderate, Property is located on very main road to station in Civil lines. Colonial era Bungalow is converted and developed as hotel so that ambience is genuinely Royal and Classic.||I reached to hotel on 26th May, 2017 at 4.45 am and staff at reception was ready to receive me, alloted me Room No. 101 just adjoining to reception. I was apprehending disturbance in sleep but had a good and sound sleep till 10.AM||Breakfast was complimentary and it was nice and well prepared with variety too. It was my very short stay but even again I would like to stay. Staff is friendly. Hotel is safe for family.

Location is good. The rooms are too congested. As per the rooms size the tarrif is high. The food is available on demand and excessive priced. For example a cup of tea will cost you Rs. 30/-. Staff are not so user-friendly. There are more options easily available on Civil lines.

hi this is kuldeep mishra (as a general manager of hotel le castle rudrapur) when i was there at check in time no one ask me about the welcome water and when i ask then served a normal and dirty water at there. and room (check-in the deluxe room with double occupancy.) there is no couple of towel and soap shampoo etc. there is no water bottle in the room, when i ask they said it will be charged. if you pay 2500/- Rs. for deluxe room.then why you are not serve the water bottle in the room ||and there is the guy at front desk, he is also not good.and mattress are old.

One of the best hotel to stay in bareilly in budget category, clean rooms, nice ambiance, delicious food and excellent service. The location is very good near to bareilly railway station. well behaved staff. owner is gentle . Very suitable for families & even solo female executive travelers also.

Our stay at Hotel Royal Classic was a memorable one. The room was very elegant and the staff was very courteous which all the more added to the trip being wonderful. The location is also a plus point since it is near to the Railway Station.
