Hotel Pancham Continental

Please do not consider this hotel for ur stay, very bad room service, blame game is always on in this hotel, this is it part of work. This is not mine. Service -sacks Tips - be ready to give Food-its always arriving Staff-it's on leave & it's not my part of work. Ask any thing-ya sir we will do it- when???, may be next time. Opt another hotel and save ur mood& money.

Not good very poor condition according to price. Small size LCD with free dish Room facility should be improved Eatable things was most expensive as compared to market price.(Double price)

I stayed two nights. Room was good, spacious and cozy. Room service was very good. Especially the persons at reception were very polite and helping. They arranged early breakfast on request.

Hotel Pancham is in very bad condition hotel. Poor quality of service and staff is not trained. Dirty towel, AC was not working properly. Breakfast quality is very poor. I shared the pic of fruits they have given on buffet. Overall not recommend to community.

I have booked my room online for 5 days around 6-7 days prior to checkin but after informing to reception then also they are calling daily for checkout, as they have offline booking. It's very embarrassing for me after paying also have to treat like this I don't feel good. I just suggest them please do not make any guest feel like he stay at your hotel like free of cost. So that's all for my review

Overpriced! Not up to their food quality and services . Interior was old not as good as we can expect from thr menu prices. And even AC was not working properly inside. Then what we will expect from Infinity. Actually it is just a bar. Not more than that. If you are thinking to dine with your family . It will disappoint you....!! They have nothing to do with families. No services no interior nothing. Just overpriced. One platter panner for 700 rupees . Is it worthy ? With such a bad interior , not even AC in May? Dhabas are much much better than them......... If you are planning to enjoy bar only. Then you can try. Otherwise not recommended !

Very good experience.Room, ambience, cleaniness ,behavior of staff have been found to be very good, specially Mrs.Indu Saxena had been very cooperative. Will like to stay in the same hotel next time. Mr.Avnish was managing the busy restaurant effectively.
