Very shameless place. Very dishonest in terms of service. Manager Shekhar is a very wicked and deceptive person. One should not come here. You can get a bad name. I felt very bad yesterday. I got a bad name.

Worst hotel. The receiptionsit Lucky is a fraudster. After having confirmed booking from Oyo, denied check in, asking more money in cash. Pathetic condition. Oyo staff not picked the phone and this even don't open the door. Despite having availability of rooms, denied to provide rooms and Lucky ask for bribe, to provide the same. On asking management number, using abusing language.

Neat and clean Hotel. Located on the second floor of the building. Stairs go from left side of the shop. Positives: Close to Domino’s, liquor store, smoke shops, chaat shops, ice cream, groceries, Petrol pump, Banks and ATM. All in all pretty good location. Parking right in front with a guard patrolling all night. Fully functioning Air Conditioning. Water with glass provided. Smoking rooms available at extra cost Staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended for a short trip. Negatives: Poor WiFi connection almost not working, Television in rooms not working, Breakfast not provided - All 3 thing’s listed as part of the package on online website but NOT PROVIDED. No lighting in the bathrooms.

Horrible experience with OYO...paid the room rent in advance through online and when reached the hotel..they shamelessly told we don't have rooms available.. I had to search another hotel at 11.45 at night. didn't even refund the money...worst and pathetic experience ever... there is no option given or else I would have given 0 star.

Nice stay in Bareilly. Near to IVRI. Nice location.. nice ambience. Staff is also soo good and coperative. Good for family stay. Located in the heat of DD puram(Deen Dayal Puram ) of Bareilly.

Its not a hotel, its a lodge. You will have to carry towel, slipper, brush and guess what they do not even provide meal. So better go for another hotel.
