We stayed in new Rooms on the 2nd floor, they were good. Service was much Better, Buffet was good as well and people at the buffet were very helpful.

Today I went there to celebrate my birthday but it was a pathetic experience. The staff was soo weird and the owner or the main woman and man over there was soo rude for no reason. Moreover, the light was not consistent, it stayed hardly for very few minutes. Earlier, they said that 3 people can come in one room and they assured that but later on they asked for extra charges which was seriously very unprofessional. Just never visit this hotel , I repeat never!

Was here on a visit to brother’s marriage. Air conditioning was not working most of the time and there was no ventilation in rooms, causing awkward smell. Whole trip was mired with washroom chokes. The housekeeping staff doesn’t respond to any requests as well Overall a very pathetic experience. Pls stay somewhere else if u r in Bareilly.

They even charged me for a bottle of water which I asked at reception one of the days. On checking out, they presented me the bill of a single water bottle, mentioning 1 bottle per night is the only complimentary thing at their hotel. This made my whole experience with the property the worst. Guys grow up, and start showing empathy sometimes.

Rooms were shabby and interiors were not well kept. Service was not good and brakefast was pathatic conterary charges were hight. Not recomending for family stay. Big No.
