I had worst experience to date here. I'll break this review in 2 parts and I hope people make an informed decision after reading this. Part 1 Party halls and service: This was my 2nd party that I hosted here and I rebooked this place as my previous experience was a decent one. But I was really mistaken choosing them again. The new Manager was so rude and unapologetic. To begin with we booked the party hall on 1st floor for a gathering of about 140 people. The service here pathetic, food pathetic (honestly food from any random street vendor would be better), manager worst. I believe it's our responsibility to make sure basic necessities like soap/handwash in washrooms is present as we had to notify the staff multiple times as well as manager to get it there. They'll ask you to choose a menu but will feed you or your guests what they desire. I believe it was left over from some other party or something. As per our menu we decided on jeera rice but were served veg pulao for some reason, Aloo pakora were served in starters instead of mix pakoras (no gobhi or paneer were served), Puri and Naans were as cold as left overs, Soup which is usually served in either soup bowls or proper heated glasses were served in coffee paper cups, and much more. When we told this to the manager when doing the payment, he lashed out saying you should have raised it during the event. I mean as a host we are not supposed to attend our guests but focus on checking the quality of food served, right? (that too every time they bring a refill) We choose 4 starters but 3 were served at a time that too with a gap of quite some time. There was a single trolley being rotated for starters for a gathering of 140, it started from one side but never reached the other as the starters were limited and the refill was too time taking. It was such a stressed, frustrated, sad experience that I don't know what to say. We were asked to pay the advance 3 times as the manager stated he also has to pay the vendors etc. I don't understand why bug the customers again and again. The manager kept on pressurizing on paying in cash, which was never mentioned at the time of booking, and in this era of digital payment why should we pay in cash? Part 2 Rooms and Room service: We also booked a few rooms for our guests. Apparently they have different type of rooms, Normal, Deluxe, Suite, and we booked all three for our guests. The only difference between these three is price and a bit of size, as room service and amenities are pathetic for all 3. One of our guests received a room with leaking AC, on request the Manager changed it to a new room, but guess what? It had a broken bed. My Aunt who already suffers from a neck injury sat on the edge of the bed and it collapsed given her neck a sudden jerk. By god's grace she wasn't injured severely but the point being what the hell is the manager and staff doing. Another guest were given a Deluxe room, there was no intercom to contact the reception or room service. Along with that there weren't any toiletries or drinking water too. After repeated back and forth trip to the reception the guests decided to buy water bottles from the nearby market that too going in heavy rain. To add to their misery, there was no water in the washroom or flush in the morning. When they called the manager on his cell (since there was no intercom) he was asleep and replied rudely or something that they checkout right then. I seriously hope either the owner change the management or the demise of this so called 3 started hotel is not far. I hope the readers make an informed decision and be safe from a similar experience.

Absolutely Horrendous – Avoid at All Costs The room? A disaster. Broken beds. No water. the toilet flushed about as well as a clogged sink. —it’s apparently a luxury they don’t offer here. Worst of all, when I tried to raise these issues, the staff rolled their eyes and shrugged like I was asking for something unreasonable—like a clean towel. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. Honestly, I left feeling dirtier than when I arrived. You've been warned.
