OYO 10876 Hotel Taj signature

Too much off the road. No proper electricity back up. No good views from the room. No market and very difficult to get any conveyance. All places of interest are quite far from the hotel. Dark corridors. It seems hotel staff is very eager to save electricity by cutting off AC and gyser supply.

Ok so before starting, A note to hotel, before giving me a bad Customer title improve your staff. 1) Upon checkin the room I was given had a very bad smell and infact the dustbin was not emptied, when the staff was asked to either give me other room aur atleast help me for this stinking smell, in return my room was sprayed with Room Freshner which somehow worked. 2) AC in the room.was not working, niether there was Remote, despite of asking for remote numerous times I never recieved remote. Jn tye middle of night they switched of AC, which we had to call and get it switched on, on check out when I asked why did you turned off that AC, the reply was "There's a work.houng on, So I had to switch off" Wow guys Wow! 3) I was given oy one towel, Ok now that's hilarious, though they gave me other towel as well, but again the reply was, Sir we only give one towel to everyone! When there are 2 person staying why will you give 1 towel. 4) Apart from Parahtha, they dont have any other options in breakfast, that's intresting because neither the breakfast was good, nor the Tea. 5) Pillows were bad, so uncomfortable I'm delighted to see that generous reply! Either you don't take Customer or start valuing your order.

Worst hotel i have ever been to the service is so bad. Plus when we ordered room service food the manger came to take a photo with each customer without asking this was an invasion of privacy. They didn't have hot water. The room didn't have the basic needs such as towels

Worst hotel i hav ever visited... The manager was good for nothing... The hotel does not even hav Breakfast facility.. No Hot water even in december months. F**k hotel f** staff... Dont ever plan for this hotel ever in agra...

Worst hotel never stayed, In Dec No hot water, only one towel for 2 person,MAIN POINT LOT OF MOSQUITOS , NO MINERAL WATER EVEN IF YIU READY TO PAY, NO CLEANESS, I DON'T KNOW OYO ALSO TAKING BRIBE TO APPOVE AS OYO VENDOR...ITS NOT WORTH FOR single star also....worst worst. parking on road only....

Nice hotel and food is also so-so, I would say IF YOU CAN then have your diner and lunch outside. Overall the Facilities are nice and good.
