NillI loved my experience. The ambiance is good, the food and beverage options are unique and delicious, and the staff is professional and pays attention to their customers. What else could I ask for? 5/5.More than the food and drinks (which are amazing), I liked how the staff treated their customers. I went with friends, and they gave some amazing recommendations, even when the restaurant was pretty full. : I have become a big fan of the quality of the ingredients. Very fresh and aromatic. A must-try if you haven't already.Better than I thought. The food and drinks are delicious and different from the ones you'll have somewhere else. There are many such restaurants, but this place is the obvious winner.

NillThe most DISGUSTING experience. Rooms were filled with mold, cigarette stompies, cigarette ash and spider webs. Bathrooms were smelly and disgusting. Bedding smelled. Definitely not recommended. No value for money. Only the lobby looks good. The bedrooms weren't up to standard at all. Extremely upset with the experience. Maintenence of the place needs to be done. Definitely not suitable for international traveller's.

NillSince reaching to the reception it started feeling a poor experience. Rooms are not standardised as per normal Hotel. Toilet door handle was broken. Basic Amenities like dental kit, Bathing Soap, Extra Towel was not available in the room. TV was not working properly. AC was not in control of the remote. On asking Invoice they told it will be sent from Goibibo but after raising the complaint they automatically forwarded invoice to me. This Hotel have not direct contact facility that are trying to encash the benefits out of recent increase in pilgrims footfall but it is sure it will not sustain & they will keep earning by showing wrong pics & false comments. Expecting better experience next time.

NillNice experience. Really had comfortable stay with family. However, quality of dining should be improved more with inclusion of more menu from North and south Indian dishes in breakfast.

NillHotel in good location. Reception area attractive. Good food. But costly. They serve non-vegetarian food also and therefore not suitable for vegetarians. In addition restaurant attached with bar. Not suitable for family and those who are going for pilgrimage and family trip. Room is spacious but standard is very poor. Dirty bed spread, stinking smell, poor latches, unserviceable power plug points, poor maintenance, AC switch not working etc etc. Considering the above, the hotel deserves only 2 star out of 5.

NillLocation of the property is good but they are charging very premium and failed to provide proper service. I stayed with my family in 304 room, bathtub was broken, the taps were so dirty, tea cups were very dirty, glass were having hard water stains. Maintenance and service improvement is required.

NillWe stayed at this hotel during our trip to Ayodhya in July, 2024. I want to start by mentioning two things which are good about this hotel in my opinion: 1. Staff was courteous for accommodating us on a short notice. We were literally walk-ins and they had a room available for us. 2. Onsite restaurant makes it convenient for guests. Free breakfast makes it a plus. This is where all my positive feedback ends. For a room charge of Rs. 9000 per night (comparable to or higher than room charges for the hotels in the US), I was expecting a much better experience during my stay than what I experienced. Here are a few things that the management/owner of this hotel needs to pay attention to and NOW: 1. Cleanliness: This hotel's cleanliness quality is sub-par and needs immediate attention. The pictures below are examples of what I am talking about. Not only does the furniture in the common areas have dark stains on armrests, but the furniture in your so-called "Deluxe Suits" are no different in condition. The same can be said about hard water stains on the tiles in the bathroom. 2. Bedding - The hotel staff needs to seriously cut down on the use of starch or other cleaning chemicals that they are using on bedding in the room (bedsheets, towels, comforter covers etc.). There seems to be a powdery residue on all bedding left behind after washing and drying. Please use good quality cleaning detergents as some people can be allergic to the current cheap quality of detergents being used. 3. Restrooms in the Common areas: There are 2 restrooms close to the main lobby for ladies and gents. None of these restrooms have paper towels or air dryers available so if you end up using them on a hot sultry day, you are coming out with water dripping from your hands and face. Such a basic necessity should be taken care of ASAP. Also needed are good soap dispensers installed in the rooms and NOT the diluted "pink" liquid soap in refillable bottles. In my opinion, If the owner/management does not wake up to the reality soon and address these basic concerns, it is only a matter of time before the competition takes over and wipe them out of the market. You are now put at the world's stage with the opening of Lord Ram's temple in Ayodhya and you need to be ready to meet expectations of travelers coming from all over the world. Thanks.

NillThis is one of the worst hotel in Faizabad Civil Lines area. The room is worst the hotel is very old and no maintenance at all. The blanket is torn, the water leakage in bathroom, window ac with no remote so it works at a fixed temperature, no balcony, dirty water at washbasin tap, no geyser, commode is in worst condition and they charge 4500/- for single occupancy!! It’s an overpriced worst hotel. The restaurant cum bar at ground floor is also too costly. Breakfast options are also limited. Parking is available but the hotel is far away from Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir almost 8-9 Kms. So you need to book a auto or E-rickshaw which will charge 300-400 minimum or you have to walk 1 km to catch the bus.
