Hotel O SHANKAR HOTEL

Very unprofessional. When u call on the no given on oyo app for this hotel,the hotel staff simply say that the hotel dont take booking on oyo,You have to pay cash 1000 Rs.

very poor services. i have booked a room and paid amount then hotel staff denied me to check in when i asked for the help from oyo they said after wasting my 45 min on call sorry we cannot help you and not even able to refund your money. Do not book room from oyo site rather go for trivago or make my trip etc. they are may be little costlier but you would not feel regret later.

They are cheater ..my booking was for classic room catogary when I entered the hotel they told me that classic room are full.but I have already booked classic room catogary . Now they told me that pls pay 1000 Rs for deluxe room . They are very big cheater.
