I am writing this review to warn potential customers about an absolutely appalling and unacceptable experience I had at this property, which I booked through OYO. My ordeal began at check-in. Despite having a confirmed booking and an advance payment receipt, there was no one at the reception for over 10 minutes. A recently joined staff member who finally appeared had no knowledge of my booking. After showing him my proof, he made a call and confirmed it, but asked me to wait 15 minutes for a room to be cleaned. This 15-minute wait turned into a 1.5-hour ordeal. To compensate, they temporarily put me in a staff room. This room was disgustingly dirty. To my horror, I found 3-4 used condoms on the floor, indicating a severe lack of basic sanitation and raising serious concerns about the activities tolerated on the premises. After 45 minutes in that filthy room, I was finally given my assigned room. The problems did not stop there: * The air conditioner in the room was broken and the staff refused to fix it. * The refrigerator was also out of order. * The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. The most shocking part came later. The hotel staff demanded an additional payment for the temporary staff room they had assigned to me for 45 minutes. This was essentially a fraudulent demand, holding me hostage at 1:00 AM with no other options. I felt pressured and extorted into making this payment. This was not just bad service; it was a complete scam. The staff was unprofessional and aggressive, ready to pick a fight. The presence of used condoms suggests deeply unethical and illegal activities might be operating from this hotel. In summary: * No accountability for confirmed bookings. * Filthy and unsanitary rooms (including used condoms). * Non-functional amenities (AC, fridge). * Fraudulent demands for extra payment under pressure. * Highly unprofessional and aggressive staff. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Your money, safety, and dignity are not safe here. I have never felt more cheated and disgusted in my life.

If I could, I’d give them negative stars. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property—even for a short stay. I booked one room for one night, but they wrongly charged me for two rooms. Their staff told me to “wait in another room for 30 minutes” while mine was being cleaned. Later, they counted that as a second booking. After the so-called cleaning, the room they handed over looked like hell—dirty, smelly, and completely unhygienic. The ACs are just for show—they don’t work at all. When I complained, I was told bluntly that they “don’t care about OYO” and that it’s their property, so I can complain to whoever I want. Zero accountability. The location is filthy, the rooms are worse, and the staff is unhelpful and careless. They even gave me a phone number for assistance, but no one ever picked up. Honestly, I wish I could give negative stars. This hotel is a scam, and staying here is nothing but a waste of money and peace of mind. Please don’t ruin your trip by booking this property.

Very poor service. Third class rooms, in my opinion, is far superior to this. Before moving to another room, we must wait a few hours. Rooms smell, there is no cleaning, and it appears that they primarily work with cows and oxen. It was a terrible experience. Avoid this motel at all costs.

Never go in this hotel. Very bad service. I think dharmshala is way much better than this. We have to for several hours before shifting to another room. Smelly rooms, no cleaning and also looks like they mainly deal with cows and oxen. What a bad experience it was. Never go in this hotel.

very poor services. i have booked a room and paid amount then hotel staff denied me to check in when i asked for the help from oyo they said after wasting my 45 min on call sorry we cannot help you and not even able to refund your money. Do not book room from oyo site rather go for trivago or make my trip etc. they are may be little costlier but you would not feel regret later.
