Owner is a big time liar and cheater and so is the staff. Never ever take a room on rent from this place. They took 19000 from me when I shifted 9000 rent 9000 security deposit and 1000 for rent agreement, they told me that when you will vacate we will return the security deposit. Next month they started construction in the building, without giving any notice and when I said that i want to leave give my security deposit back they denied saying you will have to inform one month prior so I waited for a month and in that one month it felt like hell they asked me to shift in 4 different rooms on different floors, there was no water for a whole day and when I complained they asked me to leave the place then and there, I was ready to that also but they Denied for the whole security amount. They said you have used 4 different rooms so we will charge 4000 for room leaving charge plus electricity bill they gave me 2000 out of 9000. And they were not even listening to me so I called the police and asked for help, when police men came and started asking questions, the owner put the whole thing on me, so I showed them my whatsApp chat where I complained about everything which I was facing. Then they helped me getting my security deposit back. The whole experience was pathetic and unbearable.

Extremely poor service. Nothing is as explained on kyo life or any other sites. Poor and irresponsible owner, unethical caretaker. They will ask you for any amount of money with some reason and will not pay you back. Charged me money for rent agreement but swati didn't gave me, there will be no light and even if it is there they will charge exorbitant amount of money. Environment is very unsafe

Very very Unhigenic..Needs proper well trained staff .My plan was to stay for 3 days.Could not stay even for three hours and left the place.

More near to outer area. Looks not so developed. Very close to highway. Nearest metro is noida secor 62

Absolutely pathetic....called 4 times to confirm situation and the call was not even picked up.
